Actually, I would give them 0 stars. I was sent toilette when I purchased edp purfume. The fragrance (Jimmy Choo) smells like pure alcohol rub and extremely light in color. I have worn this fragrance many times purchased at department stores, therefore, I'm aware of the color and smell, and this is not it. I ordered 3.4 ml (2 purfumes); however, I received 3.3 ml. My order was not accurate and deceitful.
Since my return, the company is trying to give me a partial refund reporting that I didn't return Jimmy Choo. The purfume smells like pure alcohol rub, I wouldn't waste my money and keep that. All 3 fragrances were returned at the same time in the same box at my expense. This company is a scam, and I will never purchase anything from this merchant, again.
I've purchased from FragranceX multiple times and have had a great experience each time! They have so many options for a scent if you don't want the full size in the packaging, they also have sample sizes as well. Fast shipping as well.
I was skeptical at first, but this is the only place I have been able to find my husband's favorite cologne. We bought it on our honeymoon cruise and haven't been able to find it since 2014.
