I ordered my items about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The tracking says it's been sitting in new Jersey waiting to b picked up by carrier. So far I can only complain about the delivery. I haven't gotten it. The price was decent. But I haven't gotten it. I contacted customer service more than once. They say it's coming. The delivery was only supposed to be 2-5days. I got an email from fragranceX on the 9th day from ordering, asking how was the delivery? I still haven't gotten my items. Customer service says since it shows still in transit so they can't cancel the order or refund my money. Pretty sure tomorrow will be 18 days since I ordered on a 2-5day delivery window. I actually stopped looking at the tracking. I set a reminder in my calendar for 28days to call back to get my refund. Should be no excuses then.

I wanted to try out the Bond 9 because someone that I know was wearing that fragrance and it smelled so good. I purchased this fragrance from Fragrance X, but it didn't smell the same. I know that everyone's body chemistry is different and that plays a part in how the fragrance will smell in you, but this fragrance was just totally off. I may try a different fragrance from Fragrance X but for now I'm returning this one.

This is the second time I've placed an order with this company. Both times I found it was very easy to place the order which arrived within a few weeks. The price was much lower than a box store and arrived safely packaged. I also appreciate the descriptions placed on Facebook. Very well pleased with both selections.

I never get a notification that out of stock items are in to order or that we pay for items up front and will ship as soon as items come in

My order which was a gift was shipped in a timely manner and my friend received their gift on time and the fragrance is what I had ordered.

Website is easy to navigate and order my perfume of choice. I continue to come back and place orders!
