Not happy about going to the post office.why was I not called about my delivery? My phone was given to you for this reason.

It's unfortunate that Revlon makes so many "Charlies". I unknowingly ordered the wrong one. I contacted FragranceX.com. They were kind enough to send me a return label, and also told me which Charlies I wanted - which was out of stock. I'm waiting for them to notify me when it is again back in their stock.

First off Fragrance X and Perfume. Com are the same horrible company. My order came missing one item and one item damaged. Customer service basically called me a lier about the missing item and sent me detailed instructions on how to depress the sprayer on the other item because of course in my 7 decades on earth I had NEVER encountered a spray bottle. Long story short, I disputed charge and it was reversed. I felt a little bad about the bad review I had left all over so I stupidly decided to give another chance. First order Perfume. Com, second order FragranceX. They confirmed my order by email. After waiting a few days to track had to call customer no service who informed me that they would no longer accept any orders from me because I dared to dispute a charge for an item never received as well as a damaged item. Good thing I called or I would still be waiting because they accepted the order and gave an order number. Good Luck and Good Riddance shysters. It is a mystery to me how they get good reviews because my experience was beyond horrible.

I ordered on 2/27 and I'm still waiting for delivery(as it's 3/11) All it says is that it's arriving late… hopefully it shows up soon as I'm really looking forward to my order.

I haven't received my order and when I contacted FragranceX, they told me that we have to nothing to do with your issue since the carrier is equipped with a GPS system and it says delivered.
I've never experienced a delivery issue before especially I usually buy my fragrances from Fragrancenet.com and Amazon

I purchased polo 67 4.2 ounce it was suppose to be here in 2 or 3 days when it didn't come I called fragrance x.They told me it was out of stock but they charged my credit card anyway.I told the guy your website still says it's in stock but he said it wasn't.the sale price was 55.00 when I called it was 83.00 dollars.They told me it might be weeks or months before it was back in stock.So I cancelled my order.The very next morning I called fragerancex and they said it was in stock.They would not give me the sale price I had the day before I think it was in stock all along there web site never said it was out of stock.Please do not buy anything from this place they will lie to you.Im writing this review to let people know what kind of company this is.please do not give this company your business they are dishonest I think they didn't want to give me the sale price

The perfumes I ordered did not come in their original box and the perfumes did not even have a lid.
They arrived in boxes that looked like used cartoon figures, very poorly presented.

I have bought for many times with that company AND I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUE WITH THEM AND SINCE 2/3/25 I PURCHASED A PRODUCTS AND TODAY IS 2/11/25 AND I STILL WAITING FOR MY PRODUCTS IF YOU ASK ME IF I WILL BUY WITH THEM AGAIN, I THINK I HAVE IT CLEAR. THIS IS MY LAST TIME SO I ENCOURAGE YOU TO THINK TWISTE BEFORE YOU BUY WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T NEED SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY
