They took my money, said that " we think your card was stolen" and stop answer me! Even I sent code ot transaction and photos from my bank account, when just stop answer me! 2 week passed and of course I didn't get any refund on my "stolen card". Where is my money? In your pocket? And name of employer that I spoke was Riza. Data of transaction 30.12.2024

Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!

Order cologne for a Christmas gift. Said it was ordered on the 21st and then on the 24th it says it hasn't even got to the United States postal service yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and was supposed to be here on the 23rd. I was giving some excuse that it's some carriers fault. This is my first time order here and my last time. If you think about ordering here I would find somewhere else.
