DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS. I placed two orders about a month ago for high-end soap bars. FragranceNet never notified me that both orders were delayed because they didn't have part of the product in stock and that they requested refurbishments from another warehouse. Once I finally realized there was a problem, I called them and suggested that they ship part of the order and then the remaining items when they receive them. FIRST MISTAKE: Their policy is to WAIT and ship all at one time. So I waited close to a month before getting notice that my orders would ship. SECOND MISTAKE: They use a off-the-beaten-path courier, OnTrac, who sends out drivers that 1) can't speak English, and 2) who can't read street address numbers on buildings. The driver attempted to deliver my package but elected to go to the business adjacent to my apartment building. This business clearly is not at the address marked on the package. Rather than asking the business if this is the correct address, they simply asked if I were there. The business denied knowing who I was. The driver then leaves a message on my phone saying the package was undeliverable. I happen to call the driver back at his number. He didn't speak English. I had a colleague who speaks Spanish translate. He said that he couldn't find my building, despite the fact that my street number is clearly marked on my building. He said it would be better for him to deliver the package to my work address. So I gave that address to him. I waited closed to 2 hours, but nothing! I called him back and he picked up the phone, spoke a few words of Spanish--which I clearly did not understand--and then hung up. I tried calling him back, but he blocked my number. Then I get a text--written at an advance level of English--telling me that he can't send the package to me because my work address is outside of his area. I tried calling OnTrac, but their phone # is inoperative. There is simply no way to reach them. I then reach out to FragranceNet. Two of their CSR told me that I needed to let OnTrac make two more attempts to deliver. I asked them if they could reach out to OnTrac to send a driver who could read street numbers on buildings so that we don't go through this problem again. THIRD MISTAKE: Turns out the two CSR gave me the wrong info. Turns out that OnTrac CAN'T redeliver and that my only 2 options are refund or reshipment. Seems like this is a backwards way of doing business. They claim that they have no control over the courier, yet they are the ones contracting the courier deliver their merchandise. Note that this is MISTAKE # FOUR. MISTAKE FIVE: I called FrangranceNet the next day and asked them to contact the courier, as I was expecting my second order today and that I didn't want to go through the same nightmare. They said they couldn't. So I said, dumbfounded by their response, to go ahead and reship my product, despite the fact that they probably will call me back saying that they are out of stock on part of the order. Ergo, MISTAKE SIX. I also told them that if I don't get my second order delivered today, that I would end of canceling both orders all together, as I will never do business with them again. MISTAKE SEVEN: Despite telling them that I will never do business with them again, they have the audacity to offer me a $25 discount on my next purchase. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU DON'T WAIT TO DEAL WITH ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER.
Update: As you can see, they'll respond post-haste when a negative review is left, but won't answer their phones, reply to emails, or stop with the marketing emails, even though I've unsubscribed to all of them (I've received 11 in the past month). A scam company that pelts you with unending marketing emails, has no way to reach anyone to help with issues, and sells fake fragrances.
I bought a Lancôme Miracle from them. When it arrived I discovered it was fake. They claim all of their products are authentic, which is a lie. Now they're making it super hard to get a refund.
Don't but anything from them!
I always order 3 perfumes and the last 3 times only got 2 & they will replace the missing one. Now they are calling me a thief because they don't believe me that it happened again. The same happened to my sister & I had her do an unboxing video & of course she was missing 1 perfume. The WORST customer service.
This is my second review about very poor customer service from FragranceNet. After they finally solved my problem last time because of my bad review, I changed the review to be positive in good faith. I honestly think I'm done with them now. I recently ordered a fragrance that I have always wanted. When I received the order confirmation mere minutes later, I realized my order had the wrong shipping address. I immediately sent an email to FragranceNet Customer Service requesting an address change. After a week, I hadn't received an acknowledgment of my message nor confirmation that the address change had been made. So I wrote again using the customer service email address and separately to info@. Again, no acknowledgment and no solution. So I went in to their system again and cancelled the order. I'm not paying $150 for my cologne to go to someone else where I used to live. Today, after 4 emails to them, I received confirmation that my order has shipped TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I immediately called the customer service phone number and was advised that there is absolutely nothing they can do. Once the order has been returned or delivered, I can apparently request a refund. The CSR I spoke to told me they receive so many emals, they can''t keep up. Well that is an avowal of customer service failure. Going forward, I'll just pay the money and order my fragrances directly. At least I'll know I won't have to deal with such shoddy service.
Avoid FragranceNet.com. The quality of the packaging of the products they sell isn't guaranteed and you will be left without recourse if something goes wrong with your product. I spent over $100.00 on a bottle of Floris #89 cologne, only to have the sprayer stop working halfway through the bottle. So basically I got half the bottle I paid for. FragranceNet refused to send me another bottle or compensate me in any way for the inconvenience.
I paid the fee for overnight delivery of my order, because I needed them for an event I was having in two days. I kept checking the order on line and it showed no movement. Finally I called and was told the order had been delayed due to some of the products not being available. Had I not called I would have not known that the order would not be in. At the time I called it was now one day from the event. Had fragrance.net contact me and let me know about this delay I would have had time to order replacement items and still get the order on time. Needless to say without these items the event was ruined, these were gifts for the recipients of the awards.
The company said they could not do anything for me. Needless to say I cancelled the order and was further dismayed when they said my refund would not be processed for another seven business days. Wow, it didn't take 7 business days for them to take the money off my card, in fact it was taken instantly as I made the order. Your products are reasonably priced and I don't know of the quality, but your customer service is deplorable, disgraceful, appalling and down right shocking.
I do not recommend anyone spend their hard-earned money at this place. They are a scam.
AND THAT IS LASERSHIP, THEIR CARRIER. FRAGRANCENET HAS NO CONTROL OVER THEM, DESPITE LASERSHIP STEALS PACAKGES. THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO USPS OR FEDEX.
IN NOV 2024 I BROUGHT SOMETHING FOR$ 50.60 I DID NOT RECEICE IT.I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS DELIVERED I TOLD YOU IT WAS NOT.ONFEB 7 2025 I WAS RECHARGE $50.60 YOU GOT $50.60 OUT OF ME NOW BUT I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FRAGANCE AGAIN YOUR LOSS
I dont understand how they have such great reviews.i ordered k18 from them 230$ worth. Then i contacted k18 themselves and they told me this website isnt authorizatized to sell their products so its a fake. Only hair salons and sephora sell their patented products! Then if you look closely at their terms for reimbursements.it says on the last point, you cant ask for a reimbursement on a fraudulent product.how dishonest, theiving BS is that.they know and waved their liability basically. So i lost my money! Maybe thats fine with perfumes but for a product you put on your skin or hair.i cant trust it or risk it. So frustrating 😫 i added a picture of my convo with K18 themselves and my bill and their policy
I ordered over a week ago. Delivery never made it to my house instead they took it to the post office when my address was clear in the order and Delivery. I have reached out to both and nobody has an answer other than a picture of my paid shipment sitting on a desk. I sent another email to the company and still no response.
Beware. When you add something to the shopping cart it correctly shows as $50CDN. But when you checkout you get charged $50US.
I've been ordering from them for a very long time and not had many issues until the last couple of years. I'd say the last four times I've ordered from them they've sent me fragrances with no cellophane. They've obviously been used or at least opened. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and just shady. Order elsewhere.
I ordered Black Opium from Fragrance Net. The price was good. However, the fragrance does not last so my wife thinks it is a knock off. I tried to contact the company on their website. When I put in the order number it says no such number. I emailed them with no response. I called and got a robot that says they can't take phone calls. On the website it says you can chat, but there is no way to access chat. I think the game is to just wear you down as you try to contact them, and you just give up. Do not buy from this company.
I have been ordering from Frangrancenet.com for years. Now for the first time, I am experiencing real issues. I ordered a very expensive item, expecting delivery two days ago. The company has moved to TForce as their fulfillment company. Not sure who they are but the have kept my package at their local delivery facility, I am assuming that it is near me somewhere, and there is no one to inquire with. They have robot responses to inquires. I will probably have to go to my credit card company now to dispute the charge. Well its too bad you cannot rely on this merchant anymore.
Ordered some men's cologne around November 22nd. Still haven't received it and I'm in Massachusetts. They told me they promised me it in 2days on the 3rd. Then I get a tracking number with a ground delivery date of the 7th. And then I received an email and it said unfortunately we don't offer 2 day or reshipped orders or whatever. Then use's the same carrier that doesn't update your package information till 24-48hrs later. And lost or stole my package last time. I hardly ever order online because of this mess wife has great luck packages come in 2 days from china! And we're in Massachusetts and they're warehouse is in New Jersey.
For 2 days I was tracking my extra charge expedited order, where it only said label created. I emailed the morning it was due to be delivered, reply said USPS hadn't updated status and was en route. A couple hours later the status changed to just picked up scheduled for delivery 3 days later, missing our occasion. Emailed again, no response. Won't be back, I don't support companies that don't support customers.
Hello everyone,
I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and haven't even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Don't waste your time here.
Whatever this is that showed up on my doorstep is NOT a genuine product. I am NOT happy but I know nothing will come from this. Do not buy from this garbage company. Fake bottle of cologne smells like dirty soapy water. Disgusting.
I previously reviewed a perfume bought on this site, and I was wrong about it. I ordered the same perfume from the Bay and it was the same perfume, I originally though it was a fake but it is not. Go ahead, very good price, around 30% off
They are scammers! They will take your money then say they delivered your order to a different country! Don't waste your money. They will tell you that you have to dispute the charge
Answer: Because they have terrible customer service. They don't even know how to spell customer service. Save yourself the headache. Don't buy anything from them period. Go to a reputable Department store and that way you know that you will receive the real fragrance and not some fake toilette water.
Answer: I have tried it and they had real products tbh. But if you want to checkout my fav site is fragranceon.com they have everything real and great prices. I found this website to be a better version of them.
