I ordered the creed eau de perfume. And I received the Ray de cologne. I tried to contact them no answer. Never again. Don't order here. Spend something more and ordered from store at least you get what you want.

They claim to give u 35% off but their end price is even MORE than retail prices and often their perfume is fake. Avoid this site at all cost!

Mon Guerlain edp intense. Watered down. I've tried the authentic brand at the department store and completely different. Same goes for the original Mon Guerlain edp. Spend the extra $$ and buy it thru Guerlain.

Absolutely incompetent. Screwed up the first order and when I returned it told them to NOT reship a replacement and that I had obtained a credit from my credit card company. They ignored the instructions and reshipped a replacement anyway so now I have to waste my time again on these clueless idiots by resending their replacement (I'm sure they'll screw that up as well). Do not order from them!

Purchased perfume, and was sent the toilet water- this was a Christmas present over $150 that isn't made right yet. Spent 5 hours on phone and 10 emails before actually getting a return label okay. Dropped off at Post office 3 weeks ago and tracking says "no delivery date available yet." Really? Fragrance.net? You must pay extra to have shipping returns take months to arrive for refunds. Horrible policies and horrible tactics to slow walk returning product they sent accidentally. Disgusting company.

This is a SHADY and untrustworthy company. They do not answer their phone and leave you on hold FOREVER! I will NEVER purchase from Fragrance.net EVER AGAIN.

I have bought a perfume from C.Dior - J'adore.
Does not smell any close to what I have been experiencing in the past, it is a cheap made up liquid.
So disappointed as this was meant as Christams gift for my wife..

I never received my order and I've been going back and forth with them and PayPal about my refund. They keep blaming each other,and I still don't have my refund.

I purchased a 6.7 ounce bottle of The Infamous, fierce cologne by Abercrombie and Fitch. It was titled as a change in the packaging. It was the only place that had that size bottle and that's what I was looking for. When I received the product it smelled like street rubbing alcohol mixed with lemon juice. I'm absolutely disgusted on the fact that I wasted my money and when I contacted Abercrombie, they said they had no affiliation with this company whatsoever. If they're selling fakes, that's a serious thing especially not Disclosing that information before hand and trying to sell it full price.

I purchased 2 bottles of Viva La Juicy one was Rose, the other was Noir, both were 3.4oz
Their shipping was great and really fast. But upon receiving the perfume & spraying it on myself I knew IMMEDIATELY something was very off! The strangest thing is the bottles looked legit!
To make sure I wasn't just imagining things, I drove to a local Ulta with both my Juicy Couture bottles in the car from FragranceNet.
Went into to Ulta & heavily sprayed their tester for Noir on 1 jacket sleeve, then Rose on the other sleeve. Ran out to my car then sprayed Fragrance Net's bottles on the same arms only a couple inches apart to compare.
FragranceNet smelled completely different than Ulta's LEGIT Juicy Couture perfume!
Either the perfume Fragrancenet.com sells is so old it went bad, OR they're knock-off fakes ENTIRELY!
Either case they don't smell good.
DO NOT BUY from this site unless you're fine with imitation perfume like you would buy on Temu or Wish! False advertisement on their site claims it's genuine. It's not.

The worst! I will not recommend I just order some perfume for Christmas they sent an email back saying it was on hold so to more information and i sent Al information to complete the order but they took my money though smh please do not spend your hard earned coins here!

I order creed viking received the botttle that was liking the parfum so received not full i have checked the parfum with an authorized creed seller the parfum it's a FAKE 300$ for a FAKE PARFUM and they want me to pay back the shipping to get reimbursed!don't buy from them

I ordered 6 mini Yankee Candles and two were broken when I received them. I took pictures and emailed the company, they asked me to mail them back! Really! They are broken. You want me to pay postage for something broken. They have not responded, three weeks now. I will not be using this company again!

My order (3 bottles) appears to be stuck in Houston for a week and still no delivery. Emailed them twice -no response. Called and never got to speak to a live person. I now have to dispute the charges with pay pal and purchase elsewhere before Christmas. Please save yourself the stress and order elsewhere.

They sent me a cheap flashlight instead of 2 bottles of perfume that cost almost $40.00. When I emailed their customer service dept. multiple times they never answered even though they promise a "prompt reply". When I tried to call them the first day at 4:00 Eastern time, a message said to call back during normal hours (9-5 Eastern time). When I called back the next day, it said to press option 3, which I did, and I got a message saying "system error 21" and it hung up on me. This happened multiple times and many others have reported the same thing. I finally called the order line and after a 35 minute wait I finally reached someone. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my wife, but I guess I can give her a cheap flashlight instead. Really sad

I have now placed 2 orders from them. Both were late and were gifts. This order is Christmas gifts for my daughters. It is now 5 days before Christmas and the carrier can't get the package to me without misrouting it. I reached out to the carrier OnTrack (completely HORRIBLE COMPANY) and found they got my order into my city only to misroute it back out 3 hours away. So now having to wait for it to come back. Tried reaching out to FragranceNet and was told to reach out to the carrier. Both of these companies are HORRIBLE. If you are ordering from them please order 2 months before you need it or you won't get it in time and they don't even care.

I placed an order in advance to make sure the Christmas gift will be here for Christmas, my order is delivered on the weekend. I sent it to my business address. The business is closed on the weekends.So I don't know where they deliver it to,the customer service is nonexistent. Nobody answer my phone calls or my emails. I file a dispute with PayPal now I have to wait a months to get a refund. Please guys learn from my experience shop elsewhere!

I like shopping on fragrancenet because the prices are so cheap compared to the department stores, and the fragrances are authentic. But the shipping could be faster, that's my only complaint. Other than that I'd give 5 stars!
