By far and large, this is the best fragrance discounter I have ever purchased from. Their prices are usually the best and the shipping experience is nothing short of excellent. The few times have had issues they have been stellar in resolving them. If their customer service does not change, they have a customer for life with me!
Prior I used to find deals at local stores, but since finding Fragrance Buy, I have yet to find a better price for my cologne. Which always ships out fast, and the optional no box or open box options for even better prices, can't be beat and will be back multiple times over. Thank you

Good finds and one of the best at getting recent releases for a bargain. Packaging was cool. Only complaints is the shipping and the fact that orders are fully taxed (unlike some other discounters...). The website could use more/better pictures too but not absolutely essential. Will be buying from again

What else to say. Exceptional customer service, huge collection ( best in canada), good delivery box packaging. Prices are also very competitive and reasonable as compares to retail shops. The only thing sucks is minimum order quantity is 6 bottles for free shipping otherwise have to pay. I would recommend in terms of perfume selection, price, customer service, delivery.

The bottle arrived in beautiful packaging within just days of ordering. This is an addictive scent that you will want to use over and over. Sweet caramel and honey with apricot and other amazing notes. Highly recommend.
I've been a customer for a few years now. Never had a bad experience until recently. For whatever reason while im browsing, I'll basically get "locked out" of the website because I'm scrolling too much? That gets me out of the mood to even come back and complete my purchase most of the time. I hope this gets fixed SOON.
I had always been skeptical about buying from here but after I read a few reviews and compared their prices I decided to place an order. Besides the fact that I got the best value here in terms of prices, the service was super fast. I placed my order on Oct 5 the Thursday just before Thanksgiving weekend and by Tuesday, Oct 10 right after the Thanksgiving holiday my package was delivered with all my items intact. All products came sealed and in perfect condition. I will most definitely be placing more orders and also introducing my friends and family.
