Pricing is good, but i haven't received it yet. Based on FedEx tracking, they should've delivered it on 2024/12/30. Somehow they keep telling me that the adress on the package is incorrect/incomplete even though. I called them to confirm it. Not sure if it's a mistake on the shipping label or if the driver is simply lost.

Purchased 5 fragrances and expected that they would take some time to arrive given the current state of the mail system. I knew they were using a courier company but have recently had a couple of orders take weeks longer than they were supposed to. I need not have worried. I was extremely surprised at the speed and efficiency of the delivery and service in general. And the fragrances were great too!
I have over 500 fragrances, most purchased on Fragrance Buy. I've only had one issue that I couldn't resolve. I accidentally purchased two of the same fragrance and noticed it right away. They were unable to fix it, so I had to cancel my order. The sale had ended by this time, and I didn't get the fragrance.
Here are 2 improvements I would love to see in 2025. First, put a "my Wishlist" link at the top of the site. The second is when you're out of stock, allow an autofill in the email address. Keep up the good work.
What a great selection and the site is so easy to navigate. Love the sample with the delivery security option for a whopping $.99! And the customer service is excellent and that is very appreciated.
I've worked in customer service for 25+yrs and consistency is key to a great experience and the team at Fragrance Buy are awesome! Prompt & friendly any time you need them. I'd say this is the one place where I shop online and get an actual personality vibe. And such a great selection, and options described.(tester no cap, dented box etc) I also really appreciate that when the stock is low, it says so! I nabbed an Amouage that was almost sold out. Plus the sample with price protection, love that, I've found a few new loves with that treat! And the red box it arrives in is an actual treat to open. Don't hesitate, this is a top quality company.
