The bottles I got were packed in a nice thicker cardboard that was hard to open, helps prevents theft! Ordered on a Sunday (ordered near a Holiday) and came the next Thursday to my doorstep. No issues with my bottles and scent at all.

Tracking shipped item is very easy. They handle orders quickly. The only thing was that package required a signature. I dont know if this is a default on their end or something I set up. A bit of a hassle but all was ok in the end.
