I am absolutely thrilled with every interaction possible regarding your website…your customer service is speedy, the product you offer are impressive, the prices are spectacular. The only caveat is… I wish your return policy was better. I wish I could've returned a product that I was completely unsatisfied with, yet I had opened it up. How would I know if I'm happy with a product or not unless I test it?

This is my favorite fragrance online discounter destination. Most of the time I find the fragrance that I'm looking for at a very affordable and fare cost. Perfumes were well packaged, I received it within 3 business days. Since I never bought from Frangrancebuy I was a bit hesitant to buy, I was worried if the perfume was genuine. Hey guess what?

I had trued to buy from you previously but problems with addresses made it impossible. This time I used PayPal. It was very easy and received my products in a timely manner. Fed ex also made it easy although I missed delivery and had to go and pick it up.

Fragrance buy has some amazing perfumes that other websites don't! Especially in Canada. The item I wanted was out of stock, but it restocked super fast. My order was shipped right away (though UPS held it hostage for 6+days, not fragrance buy's fault) and it was safely and securely packaged. Very happy with my order. If anything could be improved it would be to offer free shipping at $100- I'd definitely order more frequently as I don't often need 5 bottles at the same time to get free shipping as is.

Shopping process is simple and pleasant. Not as many sales as before but I do take advantage of the always low prices. Shipping is a breeze unlike every other fragrance website. My fragrances always arrive on time and with no issues, properly packaged and looking crisp.

Just a tad bit slow on getting new articles in,
Rare gems finding 8.5 out of 10 Standard shipping time is fare depending on where you are.
Conclusion: whenever you visit the website you will end up with a big smile because you will find something amazing every time around period.

Great perks to get free shipping and stuff like that, coupons, etc.
However, I keep reading reviews that people got samples. I made 20-30 orders and never got one sample.
Shipping protection addition to the cart is annoying, and I wish they restock stuff faster.
Also, sometimes leaving the facility can be longer than expected. Shipping, on the other hand, is taking longer than expected, mostly always, which is not a fragrancebuy issue, but I just wanted to mention that. Overall, it is my go-to fragrance discounter, definitely recommend. Like the new design.

Shipping to shipping is always easy and confident to deal with fragrance buy. Only challenge is the perfume list view on the site is a bit hard to filter but, if you know you Mr perfumes then you can just go search and select.
