The service was excelent and the prices are great. Items came really fast and in perfect conditions. Also came a gift that I was not expecting, so this is a plus to buy again more fragances.
Everything was great on Fragrancebuy.ca's end. FedEx on the other hand was horrible with transporting, getting the item delivered at the expected time (late by 3 whole days LOL) and when I went to pick it up in person at FedEx I was told it would be ready for pickup at 6:30pm…I arrived at 7:20 and was standing until 8:05 when someone finally arrived with my package. Fragrancebuy.ca deserves 5 stars but the delivery with FedEx really kills it. I may or may not be buying from them again just based on the fact the partner with FedEx. (This is not just FedEx slander this is legit. $971 of fragrance some was supposed to be a birthday gift and arrive on the 22…on the 25th they said they tried to deliver but I gave specific instructions to call me so I can let them in the gate or meet them out front. They never called. Not updated saying that it was out for delivery? Their tracking with email and text system sucks. When u go to track a item it feels like ur tracking a letter being delivered by pigeon. FedEx is dog sh*t terrible) -Ka Leb

I was a little worried about ordering from a Canadian site and dealing with currency and customs but I shouldn't have been concerned. Great customer service and quick shipping!
I find a lot of amazing deals on this app, but I do have a hard time with the limited selection and slow restocks of items

Placed my order on January 1st my order FINALLY shipped 5 days later on the 6th of January 2023 the last shipping update I received was left FedEx facility in buffalo,NY on January 6th@9:58 pm package expected January 9-10. Today is the 11th of January & I have not received my order or and update from FedEx
The best fragrance site, with great deals. I highly recommend them for the great variety they offer. Prices have gone up in cases, perhaps correcting previous oversites (Bottega Venetta Tester) and in some cases due to supply and demand, trending hidden gems have gotten more expensive. The reward program has changed, 100 points get free shipping but you must spend 100 dollars... Not great, it was 200 pts for free shipping at any purchase point before. The last issue is that free shipping does not include Canada Post, it also cost way more to ship with them as an option. For myself personally FEDEX and UPS, or any random courier for that matter are terrible where I live, they rarely deliver, I am usually here for the delivery but they don't bother, just post a pick notice at our building entrance. To add, pick up is not at all convenient, way out of my way and requires driving and waiting in lines and then having the staff struggle to figure things out as they are not employed by these couriers, it's a side gig with apps and their own systems. Canada Post arrives at the same time daily, always uses our intercom and if I am not here I can walk to a genuine Canada Post outlet and get my package in no time at all. So while the problem is not on Fragrance Buy entirely, these changes have made me shop elsewhere, and ultimately they have lost me as a long term customer who has spent thousands of dollars to date. Sometimes the small changes end up being much bigger than one realizes, and that Canada Post shipping cost wipes out pretty much any bargain being offered.

Overall I would say Fragrance Buy is the best website to buy fragrances in Canada. The shipping was extremely quick, both times I bought from this website the order arrived the next day.
