I ordered this for a friend of mine and it was amazing, I expected it to be here late since I forgot to order it but I received it a few days early a round a week for shipping which is very fast since I'm in the us and this is a Canadian website. Overall more than pleased with the experience they have especially with their loyalty program it's even better.

I ordered Ralph's Club Elixir and Stronger with You Absolutely and the products smell great and the delivery was fast. My concern was with the Easter Hunt promotion. Even though I got the 25% discount, by the time shipping and GST were added, I only saved a few dollars. I should have been able to add the free shipping code as an Eau 'Collector' but won't let me.

It's been 1 day after the scheduled date and time that it was supposed to arrive. It was supposed to arrive yesterday at 10am-2:00 pm however, it's now the day after at 12:32 pm and it's still not here. When I look at tracking for the package the arrival date now says, "Pending", also, The package is still in the same location that it was yesterday morning so it didn't even move. As of right now i'm very dissatisfied with this current situation.
I ordered a perfume which was about 170 in stores. I got it for 108 with everything in. It arrived quickly and in good condition. I was surprised for ordering it 5 days before the Xmas weekend. I received it in 2 days!
2 things I noticed, my bottle at the bottom had the serial number grinder off, another if the fragrance is very similar but not entirely the same, I bought a Roja Elysium at full retail price and compared that with the one I received there's a distinction between them, I don't know how it's possible maybe I lucked out and got a crappy batch. It has now made me think about future purchases.

Everything was delivered in excellent condition less than a week from the order date which is very fast for Canada to the US. The total price for the order was $121 USD less than I would have payed on Amazon for the haul. I know because I added them all to my Amazon cart just to see. $257 for Fragrance buy and the same fragrances would have cost me $378 on Amazon.

I placed a request for notification when an "out of stock" fragrance became available. I received a notification as requested, and ordered the fragrance. As I live in the states, I was very pleased to receive consistent notifications as to where my product was while in transit. The fragrance arrived timely, and unscathed.
Prices are OK, packaging is very good. However shipping sometimes gets delayed. But, since these are non-essential items, I can live with it.
