OK, so I live in Pennsylvania in the US and this came in about a week after they sent it out so the shipping was very fast and I am super happy with that! Got a great deal on Triumph of Bacchus. Orders take about a week to arrive but is worth it given the discount. I always receive a sample of something different which is a nice addition. The boxes are sturdy and packaged well which keeps my fragrances safe.

Bons produits tels que decrits mais le temps que ca a pris pour recevoir mon colis etait lent. Le livreur est venu mais eu lieu de le deposer devant la porte il l a repris. Il fallait les appeler et ils nous ont dit que l on devrait signer en ligne un document pour recevoir le colis sans notre signature ca a pris encore quelques jours. DOnc les delais etaient vraiment lents.

Besides the great discounts, the delivery times are insane. If you put an order in in the morning, chances are that they ship it that very morning. Brilliant stuff.
Fragrance Buy has good customer service and good products...and some time great discounted products.not all the time but some time the price can be better than other discounted stores. The good thing about fragrance buy they alway have authentic perfumes.and so far I haven't have any issue with the service. So keep it up Fragrance Buy... I am giving 4 star because most of the time they don't have the products available.
I've been able to find scents at Fragrance Buy that I can't find anywhere else and at very competitive prices. But I really apreciate that my order ships right away. I've had other vendors take more than a month.
