I spend a lot of money with FB each year and u guys never even send a sample to me. So cheap. And when i purchase from other places i get samples. And your delivery not good anymore...

Make sure you do your research before pulling the trigger. I place an order but immediately asked to cancel it cause I wanted a another item added. So I asked to combine them to pay less shipping. They replied "late" after a few days and said it's too late to cancel even though they shipped it 3 days later after the email response. Overall good online prices. They use UPS and it's very unreliable. But that's any service company in Canada right now.

I was able to purchase a famous cologne at a significant discount. On top of that, the help team was quick and responsive with regards to a change in the delivery. Will definitely buy from here again!

After searching for 1 million prive, was not able to find it. So i went with the Milano Prive because i was told it was clone of 1 million. For me, it doesnt last long at all and am what ever about it because Fragrancebuy had such great prices and fast shipping. Was my first time using this website and even though they are in Canada, shipping/taxes are a little high(not their fault), i will continue to buy from them. I enjoyed the little personalized box my perfume came in, very well packed and taken care of. I do recommend this site for low prices on many perfumes. As for customer service, i dont know how they are since i didnt have to contact them

I received all my items in excellent condition. I know middle eastern fragrances take a bit to come in to their own but for some reason I responded too quickly in reviewing. 2 I didn't think that would work, but I was just going to resell myself. Thankfully I didn't, because I now adore them, and considering buying the fragrance it's duping. I tried to update the review, but couldn't. But no worries. But I've been researching buying some niche fragrances, and will most likely buy some in the future after trying some samples.
