All my perfumes reach and were in perfect and original packaging. Also the prices are very competitive to the other sites I was looking at. Wished that the site would have a better layout for mobile users or even an app.

I reached out to the fragrancebuy team for a glitch in the system. I recognize that things like this can happen, nonetheless the team reassured me about investigating and resolving the issue reasonably. There's a reason I've made it to their "eau addict" tier, best prices and customer appreciation.

Fragrance Buy was recommended to me as a reliable business with excellent service. I was very satisfied with my experience. The product was reasonably priced, and it arrived within a few days of ordering.

Satisfied with all of my purchases. Highly confident that the products purchased are never compromised. Sometimes I wish some products were more readily available but I understand with some products being more popular than some.

My experience was very good. I would really like you to verify emails as quickly as possible. Sometimes a person makes a mistake and wants to change the order, but it's already too late. Express delivery takes a bit long. It could be faster, especially since it is paid and your warehouse is located in Scarborough. Overall, everything is very friendly, the products are genuine, and I have no complaints.

I am absolutely thrilled with every interaction possible regarding your website…your customer service is speedy, the product you offer are impressive, the prices are spectacular. The only caveat is… I wish your return policy was better. I wish I could've returned a product that I was completely unsatisfied with, yet I had opened it up. How would I know if I'm happy with a product or not unless I test it?
According to your policies and procedures, even if I'm completely unhappy with your product, I can't return it unless it's unopened🤦🏻🤷🏻‍

I order from this company at least once a month probably more. This time I ordered a fragrance that I already have by mistake. I emailed CS as soon i submitted the request. I was advised that they could cancel the order. I immediately replied to confirm the cancellation. Today I get an email that the order shipped followed by an email from CS 3 hours later. They shipped the order without checking their emails. Now im stuck with the task of returning the item and a delayed refund! Ridiculous

Even i asked not to ship my orders as i no longer needed it still i have to receive it and return everything to process a refund. Until now im waiting for the response of return label to resolve this matter and get my money back or payment.

First off it took 4 days to ship then an additional 7 to get to my house. I have bought other Argos fragrances before, they don't have shiny caps and atomizers. The smell is completely different from a sample I bought at an IN PERSON store. The juice is too light and is supposed to be orange when you spray it on skin, this one is clear. The lid seems cheap compared to the normal ones and it doesn't click when you close the bottle like all the rest of my Argos fragrances do.

Emailed a customer service in less than an hour to change the address when i placed an order for a wrong address. Was replied with "Unfortunately, We cannot change the address"
Such a ridiculous response already. Then was informed that the package is on hold to be picked up. WTF. I asked you guys to cancel the order coz i already placed a new one. Now why would i go to pick up the package. Instead of asking customers to pick up the orders why can't you just deliver it or change the address in the first place when asked to do so

As soon as i received my package i called you but got a recording saying best way to reach us us by email so i sent you an email 8 days ago and this is the response i got! WTF
Terrible customer service

Update: FragranceBuy reached out to me and offered me a full refund including the shipping. Thank you for extending me the courtesy. Much appreciated. I purchased two bottles of Quorum by Puig for me and my best childhood friend. The actual fragrance was nothing even remotely comparable to the original. When contacting FragranceBuy, the response was that I could get a refund minus a $13.00 return shipping cost. That's was disappointing given that I have never complained about any previous purchases and only has issue with this one, I did not expect to lose money by paying out of pocket for the return shipping cost.

I ordered Fantasy by Britney Spears. I can tell that the perfume is legitimate, but it doesn't smell at all like I remember. This is because the fragrance sold by FragrenceBuy was made in Spain, which uses different ingredients than the original Fantasy formula sold elsewhere. Had I known the perfume was manufactured in Spain with a different formula, I would not have bought it. The original smells like vanilla cupcakes, whilst this version smells like kiwi baby powder. I feel there should be more transparency.

Overall my experience with your site has been pretty good but it could be better.
The loyalty program doesn't move the needle for me. I can get the same thing from the other sites I purchase from without being loyal to them.
The actual application that you use has glitches that you should already know about.
A good feature would be to give a list of all the products that are a similar scent to the item we select. That may prevent me from holding off on a purchase until it comes in stock or buying something from another site that may not even be the same product.

Been good experience shopping with fragrance buy for most part - prices are great and shipping is acceptable even from Canada. However - customer service needs help. I accidentally bought the same fragrance twice and there is no way to cancel the order or get help with it. I emailed customer service and never heard back (already received fragrances) and when tried to call could never get anyone on the phone. I understand there are some things you forgo to get better pricing and like what this company does but there has to be a way to get help with order issues and basic needs. Would have been 4-5 stars and has been in the past but gotta be honest with overall experience in this case.

Very fast delivery how ever one broken bottle. But I msg company right away, sent photos of damaged product and very quick responsive to satisfaction for making it right.

It was a great experience. I wanted the largest eau de parfum of ysl opium, and they had it for a great price. I also wanted to try some elizabeth taylor fragrances because i'm just in the mood for vintage full coverage c-word lately. I don't want to smell like a baked desert like all modern fragrances are giving. I want to smell like a high class hwoman. A full coverage c-word. I want spicy amber florals. I want 20+notes. I want to be reminded of everyone's grandma. Smoking cigarettes and their real fur coats while holding a grandchild. Anyway. This site is great. I wish i would have tried it sooner. The only thing i would want is chanel. But i know that's just a chanel thing, not a fragrancebuy. Ca thing. The bureaucracy of chanel. 25-50% off everything at the bay, EXCEPT the chanel. What can you do?

My experience can best be described as excellent. The ordering and delivery service is top-notch and remarkably fast. The items are consistently well-packaged, and I've never encountered any issues. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
