Awesome fragrance. Delivery was easy and quick. The only thing is that on the bottle the label of the house was very faint and not completely visible but that's the manufacturer issue not FragranceBuy

The site has a lot of amazing features, from a broad variety of brands and scents to choose from. Another added bonus is you can see the notes of the fragrance, as well others that are similar in scent based on note breakdown. When a item that you're interested in is out of stock, just simply request a email sent when it's available. They are quick to respond when it comes in. If it's a hot item be patient. Prices are also extremely fair and affordable.
I ordered Jean Lowe Immortal. When I received my order, the packaging was opened and the exterior box was for Immortal, but the inner packaging and the bottle itself was Jean Lowe Nouveau. So, someone there actually opened the package and switched out the products for some reason, which leads me to believe there is zero QC in Fragrance Buy's Shipping Department. Customer Service was pretty quick to respond, but the product was no longer in stock so I couldn't exchange it, which was super dissapointing, and instead was provided a label to ship the product back for a refund. I appreciate the response from Customer Service, but I will not order from Fragrance Buy again.

I've only ordered from FragranceBuy twice thus far, but both experiences have been fantastic - I haven't had any leakage or concern about fakes. Recent bad reviews had turned me off, but the steep discounts and prior positive reviews made me willing to give the site a shot and I haven't been disappointed. I wouldn't spend big bucks right away if you're unsure, but particularly in Canada - where it's harder to source fragrances for reasonable prices versus the US - it's worth a shot on at least a few lower-end items :)
