I ordered many different parfumes including a few testers. One parfume arrived scratched and all of them was super hot in temperature. Probably they were long time in hot car. When I sprayed them, all of them smelled weird and rotten, not sure if overheating them was the reason. But definitely didn't smell like quality original Parfume.

Ordered on early May, delivery should be on mid of May but i missed the delivery time without further notification, so I request the CS team reroute the parcel to specific collection center for myself pick up on 23 May. However, CS team and delivery team did not reroute to the correct address that I confirmed previously, they even send it to limited service post office without notice me until I found out while I passed by the collection center randomly. After discovered their huge mistake with those back and forth emails around 20 days, my parcel still cannot be located yet and the negative working style from both parties really makes people annoying Updated edit:
I did mentioned refund is my least option at previous replies, however CS team did not get my point from very beginning, and even it's not my option now, since I got refunded automatically as order cancel and no further follow up for this case, which make me much more disappointed.
Please respect to customer willing and answer question directly instead and writing apologize, it give no help for the case

Shopping process is simple and pleasant. Not as many sales as before but I do take advantage of the always low prices. Shipping is a breeze unlike every other fragrance website. My fragrances always arrive on time and with no issues, properly packaged and looking crisp.

Ordered this after trying to find on many other sites. Hard to find and when I did, it was more expensive than Fragrancebuy. All my ordered items always arrive with packed at a good price. This is why I keep coming back.

Shipping to shipping is always easy and confident to deal with fragrance buy. Only challenge is the perfume list view on the site is a bit hard to filter but, if you know you Mr perfumes then you can just go search and select.

I mean the overall shopping experience was good. Nothing to complain about, order arrived right on time, on a Saturday, which was interesting but appreciated. The bottle lid has a crack in it, and the bottle leaks a lot. If you flip the bottle upside down, I mean it quite literally drips every other second. This is how I recieved the bottle, I never dropped it or damaged it. If I use the bottle and put it on my shelf upright, its not an issue, but I cant carry the bottle on me, knowing its going to leak in my jacket or pocket.

Very pleased with Fragrancebuy, the discount on their fragrances compared to retail is impressive. Also have new releases, you could find just about any fragrance.

I found the perfume I was looking for at a great price and it was delivered very fast without any trouble. I also appreciate the fact that as a customer, I have the option to choose the shipping company I want to deliver my package.
