Their support department does not respond to emails - so if you have a damaged product I would only purchase thru paypal or some other payment method that allows you the ability to get your money back!

First time I've used this company and I will be back! Quality and timeliness of deliver were terrific. The day I ordered, there was a glitch in their order system, causing a multiple order snd billing to occur but they were right on it, notifying me o was one of the affected customers. They had it rectified within 24 hours, and my charge card was corrected. Super customer service, and a beautiful product!
I ordered a print to put on glass from this company on Nov. 3 rd received it Dec 15th. It looked very faded and was printed crooked. I emailed them 3 times with no response. They guaranteed that if you were not satisfied they would fix it. Didn't happen. I am sending it back with a note that explains my dissatisfaction. I will be disputing
The charge on my credit card. Obviously I will never recommend them or order from then again.
This was my 1st time doing something like this and I sent a very special picture that was not cropped correctly, my bad. When I received the product I was so disappointed and sent a message. Jackson responded that he could crop it correctly for me and send a new picture. OMG... the new one arrived and is more than I expected.

I leaned about Fracture when my sister had one of my sunrise photos made for me. I was stunned at the quality so I ordered five prints. The largest arrived shattered and I had a replacement in a little over a week. That is fantastic service in my opinion. The prints are classy and they make my room pop. I will definitely be getting more prints by Fracture!
I ordered from Fracture me.com it was my first time and was very disappointed when the pictures arrived. The picture quality was not at all like the original. The lightening on the photographs were not good much darker than the original. Definitely not worth 106.00 for the 3 pictures I bought. I don't even want to send them back. Chalk it up as a loss and move on.
The company Clearly states that the pictures are printed on glass, that is a complete lie. The pictures are regular Walmart quality prints glued to glass. You can do a better job yourself by going to an arts and craft store. A total waste of money. I would send it back but I think it would be a further waste of my time and I would be without the pictures and my money.

We ordered a couple of photos for our friends kids from a trip we all took together. The photos are Christmas gifts. Fracture sent them out on the correct date for delivery by the 9th, when nothing arrived at our friends home, we gave it a week checking the tracking number it just said will arrive late. So we contacted Fracture told them what had happened, the next day they were rushing new prints and on the third day 2-day FedEx to our friends! Amazing customer service!
I ordered picture (4) for my family. First run were terrible. Not near the clarity and colors in the original sent to them to copy. I wrote email with copies of both original and the one delivered and they said they should never have passed their quality control and would redo them at no cost. They did redo but quality only slightly better. I give up. No guarantee it would get better a third time so am chalking up to a lesson learned. Do not recommend Fractureme.

We decided to go with Fracture for our wedding photo and it is truly amazing!. The picture is perfect and we've put it on our wall in plain viewing site. The Fracture support has been fantastic. Sometimes a company shines best when things don't go well. My Fracture picture came broken by the carrier. It was a gift and time sensitive. I contacted Fracture and Adam shepherded the replacement through preparation and shipping so that it arrived exactly on time. In addition he enhanced the second version of the picture by cropping it more effectively and it was better than the damaged one that I ordered originally.

No matter WHAT they tell you your delivery date is don't hold your breath. I order almost a month ago and it's still not here. Save you time and your money and find another product. This company only cares about getting your money. F rating here.
I was leery of ordering due to some negative reviews, but I gave it a go. I received the prints in a timely matter, and they were well-packaged onto a removable cardboard flat frame, and then the 3 prints bound together with plastic.
I am pleased with the quality. Although the material seems to be Plexiglass rather than actual glass that is fine with me. I absolutely love the color of the printing! I found the support to be good, as well. I had a difficult time ordering due to a gift certificate as well as a coupon. But, Adam helped me via Chat. The prints arrived about 10 days later.
