OUTSTANDING! We have been relying on FractureMe.com since they invented themselves. Their production is absolutely top notch. Everything we send looks better once they 'fracture' it. We use all the sizes, smallest to largest, and the results are always stunning. We also like the special screws that go into drywall with no drilling or shields... just a screwdriver. Plus, the packaging is ecological and also probably would make it to the moon and back. Just all-around first-rate, like an old-fashioned Made In U.S.A. company where everyone takes pride in their work. Shout-out to Tyler, who answers emails almost before you write them.

I ordered a trio of fractures of our visiting priests walking up the aisle, kneeling, and then laying face down during Good Friday. These fellows were stuck here all Covid lockdown. It's the perfect gift to share with them and I plan to ship them abroad. The packaging was very secure, the customer service was exceedingly helpful, and I felt like they went overboard to help me accomplish my project. Thank you fracture! I will be adding a set of these to our auction with a gift card for the winner to do their own project. But, I messed up an edit and left a red "crayon" mark across the middle picture. My fault, but I wish they'd have asked me about it. Or maybe something more "final" sounding about the "I agree these images look like I want them to and I've fully edited them" or something to make me think twice about pressing the button. Not sure... my fault at any rate.
I've printed quite a few things on glass that are hanging around the house. Enough that my wife actually requests them for new pictures she really likes. The capper, though, was when one picture a couple of years old developed a torn spot where the mounting hole was. It just wouldn't stay on the wall. When I asked the Fracture folks about possible ways to repair it, they just said "lifetime warranty" and sent a replacement. Product support just doesn't get any better than that.
I had the idea to put a photo i took of my two service dogs at Arches National Park on glass. The one laying down is my 12.6 yr old boy who is retiring and Kokoro (Koro) my 2.2yr old who is the one taking over the reigns. This was a special trip to Honor Blaze and thank him for his service. After this year he will kick back and let Koro do all the work. It was a once in a lifetime trip and this Photo sums up both of these amazing dogs. Blaze was born with a deep knowledge of life, an old soul who loves with his whole world and A sharp mind who has never ever missed an alert. He has dedicated his life to help me have the freedom to travel where my Crohn's disease prevented it. Koro is a young explorer who has a heart of gold, a sharp mind and a soul full of empathy. He is perfect for the job and loves the work.

Fracture offers a "happiness guarantee," claiming that they will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy with their purchases. They aren't kidding. I ordered three glass prints that needed slight adjustments and they made the corrections for me, no questions asked — and I'm thrilled with the final products. This is quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'm so impressed. Couldn't be happier and I won't hesitate to order from Fracture again.
I took a once-in-a-lifetime picture of Hero Falls in Yellowstone National Park on July 3,2011. I've seen nothing like it posted on the internet. I decided that I would like to have it printed and mount the print in my Den to add to other prints of NC Lighthouses. I was absolutely amazed at the quality and just how great the picture turned out. I also like the fact that I didn't have to frame the picture. I feel it was well the cost.
I have issues with a frame that I ordered. Fracture replied and offered to replace or issue future credit, but neither of the options works for me, so I requested a refund. So far they have not responded to my email. And there's no phone number. Needless to say their 100% happiness guarantee doesn't hold up to scrutiny. At the very least they owe me a negative responsealthough their help page does mention that refund may be an option. I will update this review if/when I hear back.
Update: Just heard back saying they issued a refund. So I'm updating the star rating from 1 to 3.
I love the pictures I had printed by them. They look great, sharp, vibrant. Very happy with them. Website was easy to use.
It turned out that one of my pictures had a small chip that I didn't notice right away. I wrote to their customer service and sent them a picture and they replaced it without any hassle. I'm very satisfied with this company.

I placed two large orders for an anniversary gift using high quality digital camera photos. I contacted customer service via email with a question and the response, was quick, friendly and professional. The order shipped on time and arrived well packaged. All the prints, but especially the large ones, are awesome on glass! We couldn't stop looking at them. Very happy and will order more.
I just ordered 2 pictures 23 by 23 and I thought that they would not be anything great when they came and I can tell you I was totally surprised how beautiful the pictures were. The whole process was easy and quick including the time for delivery which was fast too. This is a great way instead ov using canvas which we were doing all the time before Fracture.

As the older brother, I had my doubts when my sister recommended Fracture for some I wanted to convert to wall hangings. My doubts are gone and, I guess, my sister is a genius! I ordered six "classic sized" pictures from digital photographs I took in West Palm Beach, Paris and on the occasion of our grandson's 10-month birthday. When the wall prints returned, the results were breath-taking! The quality was excellent, the turn-around time was quick (via FedEx) and the price was fair. Fracture is our family's "go-to" when it comes to conversion of our digital pictures to items for home or presents to give to others.
Once you order - you have radio silence from this company!
Their support department does not respond to emails - so if you have a damaged product I would only purchase thru paypal or some other payment method that allows you the ability to get your money back!
