They took my money a almost a week before Christmas I ordered a 8x10 of my mom and my son and still to this day can't get my money back or what I ordered I have redemption code... They stole my money... no product... DONT CHANCE IT. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Just got back from hiking the 14.7 mile trek to 'The Wave' in Utah… the Holy Grail of hiking! In a worldwide lottery, only 20-permits per day are issued, it took 6-years to be selected - my day was Thursday 1/5 and as a 45-year Professional Engineer and Geologist, I know winter weather in the high desert of Arizona/Utah is always a dice roll. I needed this shot done right the first time… and was familiar with seeing ads for 'Fracture' on television and the Internet for years. Tyler in customer service and the entire Fracture team gets an A+ for communication, attention to detail and a uniquely interesting, state-of-the-art process and product. Shipping alone was an art as all glass pieces were in a 'floating' damage-averting carton of which I expected nothing less, given the extraordinary look of the finished item. I'm already a repeat customer for some of my irreplaceable location photography I'm thrilled to display in Fracture glass. 5-star!

Ordered two months ago, so far no picture or response. I was told I would receive it within thirty days. Hasn't happened.
Just love em! Have several and will get more. A big shout out to Tyler and staff for their assistance.
The frame is absolutely magnificent. I could not be more pleased. It is a great addition to our wall and we will be back for further framing needs.
After happily receiving many beautiful prints from FractureMe, we had one that was damaged and then it's two reprints were each lost in delivery. The FractureMe team, shout out to AnnaKaye and Lizzette, were committed to getting the print to us and, as the print was intended to be a Christmas gift, they pulled off a Christmas miracle by getting it to us before Christmas Day!
The quality control is lacking. Second print and this is too dark as well. Need direct sunlight to appreciate the photo. Will not try again. Had it.
My order arrived today! My print exceeded my expectations. It's a Christmas present for our neighbors. They will love it.

I've never been able to get a perfect reproduction of any of my digital art until now. I'm thrilled with the fidelity to detail and color!
I've ordered many of these glass pictures and I LOVE the quality and quick shipping of the product. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the limited size options. I have ordered size "Small" & "Medium" 11x11 and then decided to make a few beautiful collages and ordered a size "Large" anticipating it being bigger than the Medium but not a HUGE as it actual was 23x23. Although the quality is amazing, the Large size is enormous and the medium is size is nice but not big. I now have $500 worth of stupidly large glass pictures that I won't even hang yet, was so excited to order :( Wish I could return them and just get the medium size instead :(( ( A middle size option, maybe 15x15 or 18x18 would be WONDERFUL!
Very happy with the service, and the outstanding pictures on glass, really a great products. I will be ordering again in a few days.
First photo I sent in for printing was extremely vibrant; wild stage-light colors with bright magenta and purple. When it came back, those colors were more like mauve. VERY dulled-down and muddy. Nothing like the digital file I sent. I figured maybe their system auto-corrected for the wild colors, so I tried again with a different image; a more normal skin-tone portrait. It came back washed out and pale-looking; again not at all like the image I sent. I love the streamlined flat look of these, but won't be trying them again.
Also disappointed when they say they print the image ON GLASS, well, not really. It's BEHIND the glass; a print with glass adhered to the front. It's not like something ON glass that light can come through.
UPDATE:
I contacted Fracture to tell them that my two orders had resulted in washed-out, pale photos both times. I was not asking for a refund, just telling them why I would not be using them again. I was very surprised to receive a reply by email from an employee named Hannah. She asked that I send her my original files along with photos of the washed-out prints I received. She vowed to make it right and redo my order for free.
Less than two weeks later I received replacement prints for both orders (three prints in all) that looked great. They looked like my original files. I asked her to send me the files SHE sent of my images for printing so I could see how she made the images more contrasty before sending them for printing. I asked her how to avoid the "washed out" problem if I ever order again. She suggested I email them before ordering to remind them that I had this problem. But, in the end, my prints look like my original files, thanks to her working on them personally, and they replaced my prints for free and did it much more quickly than the turnaround time on my original orders. I cannot complain about their customer service.
I can't say enough about how happy I am with my picture I took while in Alaska. It's just beautiful.
