We needed to get one of our rentals prepared for showings, and Ryan and his LawnStarter team did a fantastic job on EVERYTHING. They raked up the leaves, mowed the lawn, trimmed bushes, and trimmed the trees. What did our client say? That everything looks fantastic (which is the typical reply when we hire them instead of doing it ourselves! Lol). I found 7eastgenetics a couple years ago and after growing strains like Rainbow Rocket and Sour Dragons Breath and the Kraken they quickly became one of my favourite breeders! Descriptions on website are always bang on and shipping is fast and discreet! I've grown many strains every year from 7east and will always have a place for them in my garden! Bruce did an amazing job on our front yard. He and his landscapers were very professional and courteous. Bruce had great vision for our front yard and took the time to listen to things I like and didn't like and adjusted his plan accordingly. He sent pictures of the plants he intended to use and also brought more variations on the day of the work for me to choose from. It was amazing! He checked in frequently during the job to make sure I was happy with how things were going! I would highly recommend him and his company!

As of 10 days after Sowing, and all of the seeds have sprouted except 1 which is probably late and still busy sprouting. Great germination rate! I would say 99% germination rate! (Using only spaghum moss) very very happy! Highly recommended.
