Very fast process and fast shipping! My packages got delayed with other companies even before covid and I know that it usually takes time to process. But I found this company and I've been using Forward.me for my last 5 shipments now. Especially I buy pet accessories from the USA brands for my dog and cats. I used this service the first time but they amazed me with their packaging. I ordered a couple of very fragile and expensive collective pieces and informed them that I want them combined and packed well. I received my package within 3 days and they wrapped it in the stretch and put extra bubbles, fragile labels. They deserve 5 stars, keep the excellent work going Forward.me!
I used their service for two years but recently the service are not good at all. The processing time is too long. But the better they missed my packages and didn't replay to my emails. I also demand for refund but no response

I order from USA for about 8 years now and just found Forward.me and they are the best solution to my shipping tackle for years. I used Myus and Shipito for long time but I had so many problems that I was losing money with hidden shipping fees or lost packages... But I recently found Forward.me! You can easily connect them via their chat, (and yes, its real person :) One time, I mixed my address and their customer service, quickly responded to me and found my package. I don't understand what/how they lost my package. FEDEX has been one of the worst in terms of reliability. Waiting more than a month for a update from foward.me about my lost package and a reply from FEDEX and still with no update, it seems like both are just ignoring the problem and taking your money while giving excuses. Should have been given a refund/replacement by now already. And the item I needed could only be bought from the US, not anywhere else, so I cant even use my hardware at all.
I needed to get a lot of items shipped to Cuba. We had gone through a lot of companies and none of them were as helpful and honest as Forward.me. They went above and beyond with the follow ups to give us peace of mind and let us know exactly where the shipments were and when exactly they would be delivered. I was glad we used Forward.me as they had exceptional customer service.
The Fedex parcel ************** was returned to their warehouse due to the war in Ukraine. I did not find the parcel on the site. They promised to sort it out, but it's been more than 3 months already... At the moment, their support service does not answer me. They ignore me.
I ordered a pair of Christian louboutons (600$+) which included the original box. They threw out the packaging the seller shipped them in and put a huge sticker on the side. I am now unable to resell the shoes if I ever wanted to and if I do the box is ruined. I wanted to display the box but now it has a big sticker and looks ugly.
Update: Customer service (James) reached out to fix the problem and offered to purchase me a new box. I said this would be fair but they have since stopped responding. I will update if I receive it!

Many of this type of companies appear as a scam in google, this one is reliable. Just have patience the first week after your supplier says it delvered to them, for them to acknowledge the merchandise has arrived to them.

Two sendings.
The first:
1. They asked for money for 12 lbs because of the DIM of the original boxes from the store. But then they removed the original boxes before sending and "consolidated" my two orders in one package. They paid UPS for 8 lbs and took the difference, of course. I didn't know about it and didn't ask for this, because I wanted to keep the original storage box. But they said, "We did it for free for you". Ha-ha.
2. I ordered all of the possible extras, including extra bubble wrapping and security tape. The package came without the security tape and with just a small piece of bubble wrap as an insert aside, which is obviously not enough, and not what I expected by ordering this extra.
3. So as a result of the two points above, the item in the package was damaged. It was a rare collectible and expensive game, which costs twice as cheap now because of the damaged genuine box.
The second:
1. I ordered three lots from different stores: 1,2, and 6 VHS cassettes respectively.
2. They calculated each lot as 4 lbs DIM (so 12 in total). On my question how is that possible that 1 VHS cassette has the same DIM as 6 cassettes they told me it's because of the original store package. When I asked them to remove the store package and consolidate the lots they said it's impossible. But they could do it if I pay $9 extra. They provided an invoice and I paid for it.
3. They told me it would take a few hours. But it took one week and I should've asked them about it every day.
4. I calculated that 9 VHS cassettes should be 4 lbs. But they said it's 6 lbs and asked for money for 6 lbs DIM. Ok, it's still better than 12.
I don't know what to say. I think I caught them lying and some tricks on how to get more money from nothing. Also, I got my expensive game damaged because they removed the original boxes and put a really small amount of bubble wrap inside (and remember — I ordered the extra bubble wrapping). It was literally a small piece of wrap from one side as an insert, didn't wrap the whole item from all sides.
I tried to file a claim but they said everything is correct. So you decide if this service is ok for you. I wouldn't use them again and won't recommend anyone.
İ found them online. Quality fast service. İ love the customer service. Their deleware location allows you to purchase items tax free.
They're the most responsive company that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend.
