Fraudulent charges, I canceled my free trial after 1 use, document charge for 1.95 was ok but months later noticed a charge for 29.95.
Just got charged. Sent cancellations. I was under the impression mine was free one time. I will change my review if I get a refund.

I ended up paying full price for a FREE trial and then could not properly use the application. Not only a waste of time but a waste of money.
FormSwift is a quick and easy solution to a disjointed workflow- the tools are great and the outcome is very professional.
Do not use this website. It is very unorganized and it does not export the documents. Do NOT recommend using.
I worked for this company and the employees are very racist they dislike African Americans out of order
It says that the services are free but after creating an invoice you will be asked for a credit card number before being allowed to print or save

Ummm..., able to edit document... nope not able to... print... not able to. This is a typical scam and should be put out of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES USELESS TEMPLATES.
They hide the unsubscribe to the site, they charge way more that is advertized and it does not work well
I clicked on $6 and was charged $180. Do not ever pay them, fraud! No reciept was sent too. My money disappeared and I have no evidence on hands.
I have tryed use it few times and ads looked very nice and convenient. But after few bad bugs I have decided use other product. Try harder, guys!

I unsubcribed immediately after using template for one letter and now there is a $35 charge on my account.
I paid for my form and cancelled membership right away ( same day) but they continue to charge me $37/ month. DO NOT USE. Slimmy business
I went to Microsoft's template website, they recommended that FormSwift was FREE, They are not period- that is false advertising bait and switch
