Please advise me regarding recurring debits from my account; I don't believe I authorized this and I'm sure I haven't purchased items multiple times.

I used the privacy app so they won't have a chance to charge me again.

File a dispute with your credit card company or bank for each unauthorized charge. If the dispute is within 60 days, the credit card company will give you an immediate credit and charge it back to FormSwift.
