I got the software and uploaded my document, after spending an hour editing the document, I went to download it but now it says it costs. Please be upfront about your fees.

Once on a 7 day trial and then they charged my card without my permission and didn't want to refund me money. Use any company but this one. Highly shady business practices. Why don't you try asking if I want an entire month before charging my my card? Oh because you like to take what's not yours. Great example there. Just go ahead and take the food out of my fridge then tell me to look section codes. Very nice!

The business model isn't to provide a service.
Those programs are already written.
The business model is to hope people forget to cancel their trial ( usually here for a single document)
They steal money and hide behind legalese for even small charged so they don't care about customer service.
I canceled on Day 7 and they claimed i would only be eligible for a refund if i signed up by an arbitrary day, 56 days before learning it existed ( Aug. 1)
They care about maximizing profits even with funds from people who don't want it.
If someone doesn't want your service...why would you keep their money?
Why would you steal my money knowing I didn't want to continue?

Download your document and start trying to cancel right away. You have to contact customer service. There is no easy, cancel option on the website. Of course unless you have signed up before AUG 1.

I would not recommend using this company! I called to cancel my free trial, verbally confirmed and was charged the next week! When I emailed to explain my issue, the customer service rep was very rude and short. Unacceptable!

Con 1.95 document cancel anytime. Was only worth $2. Sent me a link to cancel the service. Their Link DIDN'T cancel service. Was billed $37. Cancelled immediately. No refund!

As I inserted my name and email for a "chat" with customer support numerous times it kept popping up that I must fill in all required fields. I did that, a lot of times! Could NEVER get thru to chat with anyone. I scrolled to bottom of page to try the "contact us" part, kept saying that a page error had occurred, but miraculously if I tried one of their selling point tabs, such as will and testament and such, it took me right to that page. I wish I could put less than one star!

I tried to reach out their chat service for assistance on setting up a document (as their process to create a document isn't as user-friendly as they claim). The rep I spoke to was rude and condescending. She was unhelpful and threatened me after I told her such. I understand they are not legal advice however their entire platform is creating documents and she refused to even try to help as it was the end of her shift. I would never recomend this site for any service as the customer service line is just as bad to talk to.

Used one-time, when asked for a credit since I had not accessed the service since, was told no twice by their "Chat Bot", Jamie. Really disappointed, and the form that I used, a bill of sale, was very difficult to manipulate. I strongly recommend people avoid.

I signed up for their free seven day trial. I tried to cancel it before the seven days. It popped up a notification that said keep enjoying it and will send you an email to cancel it. They billed me on the 30th and that was the day I was supposed to be able to cancel it. I called customer service. They refused to refund my money and even though I paid for it they immediately canceled my subscription. Do not use them. This company is a scam.

This is a total rip off don't use this company I used it for a business plan the template for the business plan is trash.

Totally unacceptable responses to the fraudulent use of my visa card.
Little or no ability to check purchases and do refunds

Disgusting company, I downloaded one form 3 years ago, since then they have debited my account almost $500. When asked for a refund they refused. The email attached to my account was an old work email that was not monitored and closed down, they received bounce back emails but ignored them and still debited my account even though I did not use any services from them for over 3 years. Make sure you are careful downloading anything from this company.

Gotta sign up for a trial to view after entering info. If you're free be free, otherwise call it what it is I'll never use you again.

They actively engage in deceptive sales practices as evidenced by the number of formal complaints filed against them with BBB and other online review sites/services. FormSwift has deliberately made canceling their "Free Trial" product/service cumbersome and nearly impossible and will not refund.
A "service" that is pre-billed should be cancellable, and they are not.
A reputable company wouldn't rely on deception and I prefer to do business with companies that reflect integrity.

On all sights they have 1-to-1.5-star rating. This business is not BBB accredited, with 1 star. Which makes me question Sitejabber.
When I looked at your FREE form swift. I had to Ok a charge of $1.95 with no mention of $33.00 membership, just to look at your FREE forms, I never used any of your forms. You can see and you know there has been no activity on it. A credible company would not keep pulling out money from a account you say I opened with no activity. You have pulled $825.00 out of a card I was paying off. You now put me 2 years behind on paying it off. I will search for every investigation I can find on this Scam. FBI Internet Scam Div. Discover is not pleased either. Formswift is known to be a scam. I have seen on numerous reviews. On your FREE forms turn into hidden charges.

I had canceled my service about 4 days before the payment was due, and yet they still charged me for the next month, saying they hadn't received any notification of my cancelation. They refused to refund my money for their product I did not use in the month I was billed for. Predatory service, there are plenty of free or less expensive substitutes for all the services they provide.

We tried the free trial once, but we forgot to cancel the membership while it was still running. We were having to travel around due to work. Formswift.com charged us $37.00 and could not offer us a refund. As it was past their timeframe. We did not even use formswift.com

I paid for my form and cancelled membership right away ( same day) but they continue to charge me $37/ month. DO NOT USE. Slimmy business
