Experience was good and fair in spite of what I am about to share. I had a 10% off coupon that had expired before I could get the order in. I had asked to have it applied to the order but was told "no" by your customer service. Many businesses will offer this amount off for fire/EMS/miliary. I accepted the deal anyway - we needed the items to finish a grant purchase for our volunteer fire district. We had to cut some of the planned purchases because of this. The shipping was free, which was nice. I had to buy the foot valve for the portable Wick pump from another supplier since you were out of stock. Your price was better.
Please ship better- the large metal items in a thin box didn't work well. The peanuts were not and added to the package and made a mess.

I need some gear spikes. You had them for sale so I bought some. They came in a package and when I opened it, it was full of gear spikes and packing peanuts. I don't think the packing peanuts were necessary.

We were immediately informed of the situation and asked about shipping the remaining items now or if we preferred to ship them all together. The back-ordered items shipped about a week or so later. Customer Service communication was great and we received all the ordered items in a timely fashion.
