We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. Additionally, we never stop searching for the most comfortable and fashionable footwear from around the world -- so you don't have to! For example, we get new shipments in every week from Arcopedico, Taos, and Ziera and we explore the latest, greatest brands such as Hoka One One. Plus, our wide assortments of styles from brands like Dansko, Naot, Clarks, New Balance, Mephisto, and Birkenstock are often better than what even the original manufacturer sites has to offer. Get great advice/recommendations in store - they really listen to what I'm looking for. Service online is always fast & efficient. The few times I've resorted to another online provider have ended in hassle & disappointment. So now it's Footwear Etc. all the time!
Shoes have never failed to be just what was described, and the shipping time is faster than most. Always easy to order and get quickly, and if I have to return (which I think I've done just once?), stopping in the store makes it easy.

I returned the item due to size and reordered and chose a different and more expensive style, but was NOT able to receive the same coupon discount…. Not fair practice…

I didn't get email that the order was received or shipped, however I contactacted the seller who answered right away and the email was in my promotions folder! Thanks so much for your prompt response.
While the process was painless, I do wish the lines of communication was a bit better. I ordered and paid for my shoes and I received no communication until a week later when I got a notice that my shoes would be delivered the next day. A simple advisory note that they have been shipped would have worked wonders. Especially since there was a statement that most all orders are shipped within a day or two.
