All went well this is second pair for me in a different color. These sandals are very comfortable.

Footwear etc. has a wonderful selection of beautiful shoes. For someone who has problem feet this is really a plus because a lot of the shoes have good arch support which I need. Footwear etc. has great customer service also.

However I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to go in to a Footwear store, and over and over and over again not find my size that I need which is 35/36. It's ridiculous and I feel very dissatisfied with so few small sizes

I had been looking for a white canvas sneaker. Footwear etc had the Taos style I was looking for in a wide width (which is super hard to find). They shipped almost immediately. Delivery was delayed 2 days because of a train accident but not any fault of this company. I'm pretty please with my experience

Ordered online picked up in store but was told by salesperson to try it on. Glad I did because it was the wrong size and they pulled a better fitting pair from stock and changed my order for me to get the correct size for me.

Footwear ect was my go to shoe store in Northern California but my experience at the Encinitas store has been less than stellar. I once stood by the counter waiting to pay while the manager trained a new employee. From what I heard she doesn't treat her workers very well and wouldn't it be a better learning experience to actually demonstrate how a customer should be treated by ringing up my order? I could have walked out but I had invested time to find the right shoes and didn't want to start over. If you want to have customers shouldn't you stop what you are doing and pay attention to the customer or at least acknowledge that I am here. I will only order online now.

I was looking for some specific Aetrex styles and this store had the styles I wanted for the best prices and I prefer to shop local or small businesses instead of the huge "jungle" site. I live in Nebraska but these came pretty fast and were nicely packaged with a personally signed note thanking me for my order.

Was very pleased with the order. I had this shoe a few years ago, when I was ready for another pair, because they were so comfortable, I was told Ecco wasn't making that line any longer, but then I recall seeing the lite item on your web site, but it also said that the shoe would not be available for 6 months, sometime in July, then much to my surprise Footwear notified me that the shoe was in stock and I could order a pair, which I did, I received them and do I ever love them, I just wish Ecco would produce this one and so everyone could have a pair.

I was tired of buying shoes that were cheap but didn't quite work, so then I'd end up not wearing them. Shopping online helps me double and triple check that the shoes will match multiple outfits. I even traced my foot and measured it to make sure I got the right size. I ordered 4 pair and was happy with 3 of them--I received a prompt response to my email asking if the pair I wanted to return could just be hand delivered to a nearby Footwear etc store (yes, I can).

Ordering was easy. They arrived very fast and in perfect condition. I was emailed a few times as follow up and assured of their full customer service if there were any problems or questions. For me, a store nearby could have been an easy, free return. All in all I am extremely satisfied with Footwear.

Mark, the sales Associate at footwear, etc., in San Mateo was very attentive. We talked about plantar fasciitis. What type of shoe was best And whether or not to use insoles. He was very helpful. I would recommend and have recommended the store to multiple people because of the great customer service they give you don't find that in the mall shoe stores.

These particular Uggs are so popular they've sold out everywhere in our area. I remember when my daughter was growing up this same problem happened with cabbage patch kid dolls. It's the beginning of the school year and all the kids middle school and up want these slippers. Thank you for great service and having the product.

I placed my order in the website but received personalized service via email—status updates and concern about possible wear on one shoe. Service stands apart from other online shoe sellers. Communications were prompt and friendly, and shipping status was updated.

I was happy to find these shoes in stock, since they were out of stock most places I looked. The shoes are awesome, cute, comfortable, warm, and true to size...but they took 19 days to arrive! I do live in Alaska but USPS has flat rate to Alaska that arrives within a week, year round. When I contacted the seller they told me shipping to Alaska could take up to 14 days. Of course it can...but does it usually? (No!) I've been up here 23 years and buy stuff online all the time, I know how long it takes for stuff to arrive. 19 days is too long, and is way outside the normal time. I think they used one of those partner shipping methods, where it starts out with UPS and transfers to USPS so maybe that's why it took an eternity to arrive. Other than that, totally happy with my purchase!

Get great advice/recommendations in store - they really listen to what I'm looking for. Service online is always fast & efficient. The few times I've resorted to another online provider have ended in hassle & disappointment. So now it's Footwear Etc. all the time!

Very easy and smooth as silk! The 7.5-8.0 size was perfect for me. I usually wear a 7.5, these are a nice snug fit. If someone wears an 8.0, I would recommend they get the 8.5 size, or they could be too tight.
