It's worth the wait.

Their website says "hassle-free returns". Baloney. I ordered a Christmas gift from them on 11/9 and did not receive it until 1/3. It is of no use to me. I have contacted the customer service 4 times and all I get back is "we will get back to you." I want to return and get a refund. It's crickets. Don't deal with them.

I am a very dissatisfied customer, I had ordered a product in December 2022 and it is February 2023, and have not received any answer from the company on my product. I advise everyone not to order from them. I believe they are a scam.

I ordered a sweatshirt as a birthday gift for my friend. I ordered it on 11/22/2023 for her birthday on 12/1/2023. It is now 12/26/2023 and her gift hasn't even been sent yet. They can only be contacted by email unless you want to be waiting for hours for someone to respond to a chat. The first time I contacted them, I was told the package was lost in the mail and they were not notified. The second time, I was told that some items take longer to produce and I should be patient. I just checked the site again and it says shipping information was sent to the shipping company on 12/15 and they are waiting for a response. This company is terrible! I am now going to PayPal and get my money back.

I ordered a product from them 6 months ago and waited for a long time. I thought it would never arrive and I had lost my money. However, after emailing them, they replied that my order had been delayed and apologized for the inconvenience. They really want me to understand and wait for more. I agreed because I really wanted the product, and finally, it arrived. The gift was amazing and my son loves it. I appreciate that they were truthful with me and didn't lie about the situation.

I've had an order on Sept 16. They can't seem to get it delivered to me. I report to them no delivery. They say will send another out. I would not recommend them. I'm over 2 months late on a gift to a friend.

Placed an order on Feb 20 and haven't received the item and can't get anyone to respond to my emails.
