Bought some boots for my partner after less than a month they have split at the seem (only worn twice), I was told that my partner calfs are too big even though its within the 13.5inches that it mentions on their sizing guide.
No refund or no exchanged offered will not be using this company again.
The boots are very badly made with stitching loose and there is glue marks all over - obviously chepies from China. To make it worse when trying to return the boots the company lie to get out of refunding and then make you pay to have the faulty boots returned to you or suggest they will destroy them! Breaking all the UK laws!
Ok, so pleaser shoes are always hard to get in the UK because they are an American brand, but I love their shoes and finally i have found somewhere that can get them for me quickly and without any fuss.
Yes they can still take a few days to come but these guys express them in from the states if they don't have them in stock so even the ones in my size still come reasonably quickly
