I've buy a Cosplay for my daughter in Size L and received an XS.The after-sale doesn't want to change if I don't pay again. I've spent a lot of mony for tax and shipping, waiting two month and a half. For a total cost of 278€ but I can't do nothing with it. Very very very BAD, so sad for my daughter:-( Dont buy to them!

Terrible. Never buy on this site. I ordered two wigs on april and have patiently waited a few months. They never arrived. I then emailed them several times and never got a reply. Meanwhile it is now July.
I get just completely ignored.

Customer service is horrid and untrustworthy. Placed my order November 2020 and after a 3 month wait, I contacted them out of concern that they might've overlooked my order. They answered promptly and told me that the cosplay is 75% finished and will be completed and shipped as soon as possible. Fast forward two months ahead and still no cosplay. I contacted customer service again regarding this issue and didn't get any response for more than a week. I opened a PayPal dispute which I really hate doing, but I had no other choice at this point. Suddenly customer service was quick to my needs and giving me constant shipping updates (lmao). I received the first shipment of my cosplay goods in May 2021 and they were admittedly decent quality, but the sizing was a bit off. The cherry on top for me is when I got my second part of the shipment a few days ago and realized they sent me an incomplete wig (it was missing the pony tail piece). Absolutely done with this service.

I bought the Edna cosplay from Tales of Zestiria in Mid August. Site said 20-40 days handling, which was fine since I won't need the cosplay till February. However, waiting 2 months, sending out emails on an update on how the cosplay is coming along, we have received nothing. No emails, no product. Reported the transaction today. Have to find a commissioner now for this cosplay which is upsetting because I actually really liked their Edna cosplay!

Ordered a wig and it was hell.
So I've got my wig (super late mind you, offering me no other choice than to forego my cosplay completely because I had no time to order another wig somewhere else because it took me over 3 months to get this wig!?).
It's... terrible. You can see the bottom, it's frizzy/ and chunky and the worst thing? It doesnt even fit my head. Regular wigs do. Wigs from amazon do. Arda wigs too. Not my first rodeo. This is lower quality than some halloween wigs i got online. That saying a lot. And the smell, gosh the smell is horrendous. Had multiple bags on it and it still smelled, had to trash it. The hair fiber was toast. You touched the hair and it broke, possibly treated at too high temp or because of the chemicals.
Oh and their customer service took weeks to answer me... To offer me 10$ off the next purchase.
Buy somewhere else.

I bought a cosplay in december and after many messages in all the social media that they have and a ton of ''keep waiting'' they sent me a ''cosplay'' that it not worth for the price: quality, sewing and measures. I wrote it again and many days after no response they said that it's not their cosplay because the pants are ''blue'' in the photos when the pants of the photos are purple.

They take forever to respond. They take forever to ship. They ship from China, so it takes forever to arrive and tracking is useless. The work, although I ordered custom sizing, was boxy and fit no better than a potato sack. The arms were so tight the detached sleeves cut off circulation. Couldn't iron it, so the fabric was badly creased. I asked for the slit to be a certain length; that was ignored.

9 months of wait, hardly any response for an update. Ordered a separate order of Tattoos... they were shipped out at the end of July. And never arrived.

They don't even bother replying to emails or comments unless positive feedback is received.

Not ordering anything from them again.

Edit: 9/19/20 - received a email response finally on Thursday- "your cosplay is still on making, we will rush and finish and ship out in this month. And we will pay the extra upgrade to fast shipping for your order. We are very sorry for the delay. But we already rush to our designer and maker, once the package had been shipped out, we will send the shipping notification to you as soon as possible. Thank you."

However, with the fact they are continually uploading costumes previews that are not what I ordered back in December. Their words are meaningless. Action has to happen before will ever believe they deserve a better review from me. There's less than 2 weeks left of September. And I doubt they'll ever come through. Next Christmas if even that.

Edit: 9/30/20 - after over 2 months of waiting on the tattoos to arrive. They did today thankfully. Also received confirmation the costume was finally shipped out last week. Updated the review from a 1 Star to 3. And letting it be.

Ordered an item in the middle of March (68 days ago as of writing this). I gave them custom measurements for a custom order via email which they happily accepted. The website lists it would take about 20-30 days to make plus about 7-14 days to ship. I've ordered costumes overseas before so I usually do about two months in advance just to play it safe and give me room for delays. I let time go by because I figure like any other place in the world, once an order is made, it is being worked on and if for any reason there is an issue, I would be told about it. About a month and a half pass and I email them on the status, expecting they may have not updated on the shipping. Turns out, my order had not even started the order yet because they lost the custom measurement that was needed to even make the order, something mentioned in the emails between me and this sham of a company several times! I had to email them every day to try to get an update on this order the website advertised to be there in that course of a month and a half.
I was promised this order within two weeks and was promised EMS shipping in that email to make up for the mistake, while it was still upsetting to have this product be delayed so many times because of sheer laziness, at least I would get a fast shipping to get it in the time I desired. But then it takes well over two weeks to get an update only to find out I was lied to about the shipping speed! Have not received my costume I was supposed to have weeks ago according to the website's estimated time due to the incompetence of the people here.
Never shopping here again!

I've ordered a costume, and despite it being 2 months late I was patient and understanding. When it finally arrived, it had a wrong size, and when I contacted their customer service to get it fixed, they stopped answering entirely. I've tried to reach them for months now, and unfortunately I ordered custom size, so paypal doesn't cover.
They apparently have time to delete my comments on their facebook page, but not for answering me, or getting it fixed.

Honestly i do not advice someone to use FM-Anime Because they lies to the costumer without hesitation when you talking about return, exchange or refund the last month i ordering a costume from them and i received my order 6 weeks after having did my order from the website and the problem is that i received the wrong size (too short) so i had to put a request to the seller and he told me that he gonna to do something for solving my problem and 2 week later the haven't did anything for solving my order and he ignoring my request i will not deal with them again

We ordered and paid for a costume there for the Japantag, on 01. 04. 17. This was not delivered until today. The company only responds with more and more delays in terms of delivery. Have now filed with the police for Internet fraud.

Their products is an azum quality and the things gets to you around 2-3 weeks after it was shipped. But their support sucks, to be honest. Something went wrong with my Shingeki no Kyojin shoes and they became to big. They didn't even show the slightest interest in helping me with this error until I said I would surely tell a friend of mine (Who was about to but the same kind of shoes from them) about this and how bad response they give when this happens. THEN they changed their mind and gave me deals on how they could help me fix it but it ended up with me almost paying a full price for a new pair but I got to keep the first once. They will go to the friend who also reacted on that in their support they gives the feeling of being aggressive if you ask something. So everything except their support is really azum!

Ive ordered an cosplay and aon coat for it... it recived after 2 months... but the cosplay itself had an wrong size... so ive sended the cosplay without additional jacket back... ive told even if its my failure, because ive sended wrong sizes i will pay extra... but now passed 5 months and their last reply was on december...

On tracking i saw it didnt recived directly and they picked up from post station... a few days later they told me they need to find my package..., the upper message... and since this i got no reply anymore... at least ive got that coat... the cosplay itself i will order somewhere else, but

Its cheap yes, quality also good, but the service is terrible.

Its an risk buy if its ok, okay,. But if theres just the smalles thing they did wrong... they will tell you you could order it again, they dont corrigate anything or else.
