I stupidly paid $100 for a bouquet 2 days in advnace to be delivered for someone's birthday. Flowers arrived at 7:30pm that day, with no advance warning or way to track the flowers that day. Recipient of course was out to dinner and arrived to dead flowers. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS
If I could rate this incompetent operation a zero, it would be a compliment.
I regret not checking the several other horrible reviews on Google about this company from other VICTIMS who've complained about the terrible disappointing service from this company.
So here's my 48 hour ordeal.
I ordered flowers on 13th Feb for delivery on 14th, got confirmation. Started getting worried at 6pm on 14th when no delivery occurred and then a 24 hour email marathon began.
They kept promising delivery right up till midnight on 14th and at a point eventually switched off their tracking feature online. Once we crossed midnight I indicated I didn't need flowers anymore and wanted a full refund.
They basically insisted that I must collect flowers (that hadn't been dispatched) and continually refused to acknowledge my request for a refund. Even though I didn't need them anymore! 15th anyone?
After several hours and emails they claimed they'd dispatched the flowers - a lie.
Finally on 15th Feb at 9:30 PM! A courier arrived claiming she was only given flowers at 6pm on the day.
I cannot overstate how unprofessional, dishonest and unpleasant my experience with this service has been. I do acknowledge they write impossibly POLITE emails - dripping with insincerity.
I've reported them to the authorities and will be suing for a full refund as the promised service was not delivered as agreed.
No doubt they've scrawled some fine print Ts and Cs somewhere that they think protects them from scamming innocent victims - this must *******@Google needs to shut down their access to search ( and prevent these individuals by name from re branding)
AVOID Toronto Flower Co at all costs - grow your own flowers even. But any dollar spent on this company might as well be thrown away.
Brutal delivery model: Lack of transparency on the front end - and efficiency all round. The result being the flowers that were to greet "her" on the morning of her first day of work at her new job - have (as at 4:50 p.m.) NOT been delivered, yet.
I bought a funeral arrangement from Toronto Flowers in Etobicoke. Great service, amazing flowers, and a very reasonable price.
Dionne exceeded my expectations, she helped me choose the arrangement and met my budget. Bad occasion but a great experience. Glad I found my to-go florist.
Almost 200 CAD Order placed 3 days before... pass 6 PM paid delivery due date and still nothing and they are filling me with excuses about their new courier which clearly is none of my business. So I had to wish happy mother's day with no flowers! Thank you very much! I should have read the reviews first! Lesson learned hope it serves someone else.
I've ordered several concentrates and edibles from them and have experienced repeated cases of defective products which they never refund and rarely credit back. There is a quality control issue with this company which is so bad that it completely ruins the experience despite the clean online ordering front. Buyer beware.
Order *******, the "At Peace" arrangement ordered Jan 30, for which I paid extra for extra flowers, arrived with the Cala Lilies wilted, and so were the orchids. I saw the arrangement yesterday and was appalled. I couldn.t take a picture during the funeral services, but I was left completely disappointed and told the people at the funeral to never order from this business.
The company send me the garbage. My daughter ordered me some fresh flowers for the Christmas gift. It was really surprised me when I opened the box at today 26th, December 2022, they were some expired cookies! I tried to call them, but the lady pretended to not hear me. Many times calls like that. They are so bad and no credit.
Way overrated and expensive. I ordered a floral arrangement for my wife for Valentine's day, I ordered them one month earlier and to be delivered one day earlier so I could beat the rush and possible issues with Valentines day rush. I received the flowers at 9:30pm and just left outside in the cold. The flowers were all wilted from the cold, all stems were broken and turning black some of the roses were completely broken off. When I complained they offered to refund the delivery charge only. I asked for a full refund which was over $200 and they stopped communicating at that point. I would never use them again and I will make sure everyone I can tell realizes what to expect from the Flower Co!.
Dont use this companty - all i can say is awful - ordered valentine flowers that did not even arrive and no refund and no help - crooks!
Flowers came after 10pm on Feb 14. All day they promised - the flowers will be there shortly.
Receipt had already left on business trip before flowers arrived.
The orchid was the smallest ugliest thing.
Avoid at all costs!
Ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday - arrived late at night in terrible condition. Petals falling out, wilted flowers, brown spots etc. Had to pick through petals to take out browsing spots. I could've picked better flowers from my garden. Website very deceiving about "fresh flowers". I asked for a refund and they said they will resend a "beautiful arrangement" — they sent same bouquet with one flower wilting. For $95 CAN, it was a total ripoff. Do not order from this florist!
I loved this delivery service until about 6 months ago. Now I'm waiting for the second day for a delivery I was promised yesterday. They only responded with annoying emails pushing me to wait even longer. Not accepting much responsibility until I complained. Big time waster. Unprofessional management/ ownership. Also. Be prepared for massive text messages alerting u only to wait more. Smdh.
Well they have great prices but will have you sitting around for a delivery that may or may not arrive on time. Their customer service reps are rude and unhelpful, and NEVER apologize or take accountability for their poor service. On multiple occasions I have been left having to cancel my order and without medication for a whole day. Save your time and frustration and select a reputable service.
Couldn't be happier! The flowers were gorgeous and it was so easy to purchase. The flowers were amazing. Very satisfied with my order.
I was opportuned to come across this flower site some month ago and I can tell you that they have wonderful products al in all. In fact, my order came to me like a surprise and guess what, it was awesome and I loved it. They also have a good customer relationship because from the first day of my order to the day it came to my door, they are really communicative. Thanks guys, and God bless.

Flowers were ordered on Feb 2/21 to be delivered on Feb. 14/21 to my 90 yr old Mother who is in a Long Term Care Facility and who I have not been able to visit for over a year due to COVID. I explained to the seller that I have sent her flowers on Valentine's day every year for 40 yrs and that she would be heartbroken if the flowers did not arrive. Flowers were not delivered and no contact or information sent to me from seller. The seller promised when contacted that day that they would be delivered for sure but later in the day. They have still not been delivered. When I tried to cancel and get a refund they refused. They did not fulfill their promise to deliver on time and have been dismissive when contacted. Was promised delivery 4 days in a row. Opened a PayPal account and got my refund on Feb 23rd. Flowers were never delivered and had no contact from seller. Bloomex is another florist I had problems with. Avoid doing business with these two florists.
Answer: I went for the low prices but they didn't give me my full order. They said I'd get a credit, but I won't use them again ever, so what good is the credit? Useless, like FlowerCo
Answer: They are presumably legit, but they are very unprofessional and make way too many mistakes on orders, then they won't correct mistakes to the customers satisfaction. Don't bother with FlowerCo
