My son and daughter ordered us flowers for our anniversary which was February 14, when they didn't arrive my daughter kept inquiring about their whereabouts and each time was told they were on their way, well this went on for two days and when they did show up it was sometime in the evening after 9p.m. And we're left outside in -10 degree weather no one thought to ring the doorbell.
When they state same day delivery it's misleading and no matter how busy it is they shouldn't lead you on to say they are arriving shortly, two days later is far from shortly.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for valentine's day. It's currently v-day 10:05pm EST Feb 14,2021 and the flowers are still not delivered. I contacted their support and they keep saying it will be here today. Horrible experience, I do not recommend ordering from this company.
Received flowers yesterday from my daughter from out of town. They should be a shame to take advantage!

Parents said flowers were beautiful, they said florist took the time to pack and arrange bouquet securely and neatly. Same as what the photo showed online. It's hard to pick out a good florist since I live abroad. So I'm very happy with this company! Thank you :)

When my husband's mother passed away unexpectedly, Flower Co was quick to help me arrange to have my order sent to another grandparent who would be able to enjoy the fresh flowers for the holiday season. They were easy to communicate with through online messaging and respectful of my situation. I'll certainly order from this company again.
Dramatic story. I used them much time before. Just got response about my order was not delivered due to bla bla bla... I thought it's a kind of joke first, now I am just disap.
No order confirmation and no response at all. Is that because of holidays? Nevermind. Never again...
Hello, I'd like to thank you for your service. I ordered three bouquets for my wife. Two were delivered Saturday, the third was to be delivered Sunday. I received the email notifying me the order was on its way. I checked my email a few times to see if the "Order Has Arrived" email was in there. As it began to get later in the day I decided to go into the order tracking number only to receive a notification email stating it was delivered. Stellar service and amazing looking flowers too.
I've ordered through Flowers Co a few times and it's been smooth sailing all the way. They deliver promptly and the arrangements are phenomenal, often better than the pictures on their website. I ordered some surprise flowers for my wife on Valentines Day and the arrangement exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
