The product I ordered mentioned 500g of Kaju Katli and when received it is not even 100g. I am attaching the images of received product.
This was really embarrassing to gift someone just few pieces of sweets. This is not acceptable. The package was opened in the presence of the delivery boy. I ended up paying 1100 rupees for just few pieces of sweets.

This is the most unprofessional site that I have come across. They swapped pictures of customers. They sent me a wrong order and neither did they replace it with the right photo in the frame and nor are they responding to emails. Don't even try calling them, because nobody ever picks up. Today is Rakhi and they have ruined my Planned surprise.
I would recommend all of you to never order from FlowerAura.

I have ordered two times and both the time I got wonderful services, even in lockdown they give timely service, I appreciate it. Value for money and product quality is excellent. Very nice online portal, it really makes special day very special.
Worst Service for flower & Cake Delivery. Request you all not to order anything from this portal. They don't have any proper customer care. I had ordered a cake and plant from this app. They have promised to deliver it in time. But they falied to keep there promise. Even contacting customer care is big hurdle. You have to wait for an hour...

Worst service!
People do not respond over chat. I had to wait for 1 hour to get someone into chat. After they join they just greet but do not reply after that. My order is not yet delivered. I had to try for customer care number which gets connected after 1 hr which is waste of time.

It's a 3rd class website. I have never had such a pathetic experience than this website. My order number is ******* and it was suppose to get delivered last night but yet no calls nothing from that $#*!ty website. I have made this order from my friends account but we both have not received any calls or msgs such a looser these guys are. As a Mark of patch up again.it was Siddharth on chat support who assisted me with my order. I sent it on 10 December 2018.it was his anniversary date also. That one single rose made impossible as possible. V married again and now vr living more happily than before.
