I have ordered some gifts from them. At first they don't delivered it on time. Then secondly forcefully they are not even refunding my money back to my account. Unprofessionalism is on peak. After that when I am trying to connect with them on phone they are not picking up my call.

I searched Google for a good flower shop that can give me a combo service and Online Flower Shop and cake popped up. I loved the feel of the website and decided to contact the customer service to make enquiries. They were pleasant and assured me they could do the job perfectly. This is the worst site that I have come across. There support team is unprofessional, my order was suppose to deliver on 6Aug 2020, I am sending multiple emails every day, contacting with there chat support every day from 6 th aug they are telling order is dispatched, working with team, will share tracking id and still I haven't received it. I would recommend all of you to never order from FlowerAura they will ruined the surprise

I delivered rakhi through this website and it was delivered wrongly. So I called them and informed about it and they said that they will rectify there mistake and my rakhis will be delivered before Rakhsha Bandhan. I emailed them everyday and reminded about it but my rakh I wasn't delivered and they stopped replying back. 10 days after rakhi, they emailed me saying that they are sorry for the delay and they will give me 200rps cash back. I ordered rakhi worth 1500 and they wanted to give me 200rps as cash back. Even after that my rakhiS were never delivered
And with the second order, I ordered rakhi with tulsi plant as present. The plant was completely dry and didn't even last for 1 day.
Horrible experience. Will never order again from this website.!

I have ordered 3 products one to germany and other 2 are to India only. But they never update tracking. For international one not even tracking ID. So please don't order in this website completely fraud. Customer service also very poor and never reply to mail. They never deliver ordered products always misses something and with mandatory delay

Ordered an indoor plant which came broken. Tried every mode to contact FlowerAura but their inexperienced customer service representative either don't reply or just ask the order id and then vanish. Fraud Company would never recommend anyone buying from them.

Was amazed to see so many great variety of flowers. Great site... With prices in my budget. I had even ordered 3 times from this place..
Extremely unprofessional and pathetic service as the order is processed wrongly and not on time. They charge for higher price item and delivers something else and so embarrassing to find out that when the item reaches your loved ones that is not which you delivered. Will never use the service and they don't has disappointing experience. Fraudsters!

They promised 3 day max delivery. Ordered on July 24th and Delivered on Augu 3rd eveing after rakhi. Next time I will just use Amazon. I was trying to support other business instead of Amazon, but lose their trust.
And they refused to refund as well
