I am really satisfied after ordering from this app. Cake was very Alluringly tasty. And the flowers were ravishing..
This site is fraud i ordered rakhi from this site and it was supposed to delivered on 30th jul. But when i called them up for confirmation of my delivery then they said it cant be delivered in that area.so choose exprwas rakhi then we will deliver and in express rakhi cost of rakhi was 4 times. Even they did not reply on my email. They are chor.

I have order rakhi for my brother and selected date was 28th july but its 30th july still there is no update whether it will be delivered or not... There is no cancel options so i can cancel... I think my money will be gone...

I had ordered for carnetion order ID *******. After payment I got a call that carnetion is not available we have orchid or Rose's. I said deliver orchid. Delivary time slot provided was 9 am to 12 pm. Order not delivered until 1 pm. Customer care numbers chat not responding... and I got message that order delivered at 1:30 pm. Totally fraud. Can rely on these guys for your precious moments.

I have ordered almost everything... flowers, greeting-card, chocolate, teddy, cake and a violinist on a video call.
The cake delivered was damaged in transit, they have promised replacement. Let's see.
I have ordered a call with a violinist, and I got a guitarist.
They didn't even arrange for the call until I reached out to their help desk. Disappointed.
Flowers looked nice. Greeting-card was meh! Teddy looks okayish! Chocolate was standard silk so... no comments on it. Delivery was delayed, but maybe due to COVID related lockdown.
Bunch of 50 roses are of great quality and service is top notch! Very helpful and polite staff. Highly recommend.

FlowerAura team is very helpful. This is my first experience and is excellent so far. We live in Toronto, Canada and placed the order online, was having some technical challenge on my side for the online order. I called the team on phone and placed the order online, team sent me payment link on email and assured me of the order placement. I made the payment. Also added new items to the first order, team was excellent in calling over international call and re-confirming all details to make sure all is taken care rightly!
