I have been a regular customer of floweraura for the last five-six years and have never had any problem with them so far. However, today when I placed an order, the payment got debited but the order number was not registered as a link got disconnected just as I completed my transaction. I contacted the helpline and Emran (don't know if he was human or a bot) resolved the query fast. Great work!

I had mentioned the wrong receiver's name as well as the message and I requested to change and Kamal was very supportive and made the requested chnages
