This morning I was really looking to order something and I tried connecting via chat support! The wait time was of 15 minutes however I was assisted late. I decided to call and the representative Arti said me to give a resolution and commited a call back in one hour. Never got the call back as per commitment. Then there was Sunita who assisted me and that was too not satisfactory. I wasted a long time in short! I trust Floweraura and its delivery as per my past experiences and quality but the customer support I received was horrible. Lastly I ordered through Bakingo and not Floweraura! Me as a customer would rate a big zero to the support I received and it was highly disappointing.

The delivery service by the staff is good. When the delivery person almost reached the location for delivering order ID- *******, I just canceled the order. During this pandemic situation, the delivery person has put his efforts to ensure the delivery of packages. So thank you for it and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
