This morning I was really looking to order something and I tried connecting via chat support! The wait time was of 15 minutes however I was assisted late. I decided to call and the representative Arti said me to give a resolution and commited a call back in one hour. Never got the call back as per commitment. Then there was Sunita who assisted me and that was too not satisfactory. I wasted a long time in short! I trust Floweraura and its delivery as per my past experiences and quality but the customer support I received was horrible. Lastly I ordered through Bakingo and not Floweraura! Me as a customer would rate a big zero to the support I received and it was highly disappointing.
