I placed this order on 12th to be delivered on 14th between 6-15 hrs and order was per the image below
We didnt receive as per the order with respect to timing of the order
In your tracking portal it mentioned as delivered as below which is 10.50 p m
But it got delivered only that they left it in front of the door and a message, i had wanted to give a surprise to my wife which was disaster due to untimely delivery (00.30 hr 15th early morning), also it wasn't delivered in full, chocolate was missing and all flowers falling apart (only 2 chocolate and not a box as mentioned in the initial order)
You didnt provide any good customer experience
When i requested explanation this was the email i got from them
