I ordered the grandmother and granddaughter bracelets and they arrived within just a few days. I ordered (2) and I received (2). I was contacted everyday from the time I placed the order until the time it arrived. They gave me package tracking numbers and responded quickly to any questions I had.

The bracelets are good quality and very attractive I love them, Their prices are very reasonable and they offer free shipping on orders $50.00 or more. I will be buying from them again when I need a nice gift or something for myself. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and with the customer service and delivery service that was offered to me,

I really do adore my FloScove! (My nickname for them, LOL.) Anyway, I've placed several orders with them and have loved everything I've purchased & received. When one, of the some 15 items I received finally had a stone fall out. I contacted them and received a speedy response (within 24 hrs) requesting a photo as proof. I sent that back and received another fast reply apologizing for the failure of the piece and sent out another immediately. That replacement is beautiful and my husband Loves it! Thank You FloScove for your impeccable customer service and follow-up.

Where to begin... I ordered a necklace the first week of November. They sent the wrong one. Initial contact with customer service seemed good. They said they'd expedite me the correct piece. And then they quit responding, and never shipped anything. I found them on Facebook, and after a couple of negative comments, they got back to me again and shipped the replacement necklace out (rather slowly, they like to email that it's shipped at least three times when it hasn't).
Same wrong necklace arrived a second time. And even though I hadn't emailed again, they magically shipped a third necklace out. Same wrong necklace arrived with that package too, BUT, this time they threw in an extra 5 pieces that I never ordered and didn't even like. Contacted them again, sent them pictures of the three identical wrong items. By mid-January, I got a fourth necklace shipped to me. They finally got it HALF right, the necklace style was extremely similar (but not the same), but they still shipped me silver instead of gold that I ordered. So two months later they finally admitted they didn't have the necklace I ordered available.
Stay away from this company. I shipped them back all the wrong pieces (8 of them) and never even got so much as a thank you, sorry, or we received them. Most of their items you can find for less than $5 on eBay, and they use the same exact picture (they blocked me on Facebook when I started posting links). I'll trust an eBay user from China before I'll trust this company again.

This is my first on-line purchase and I am thrilled! The whole process was so easy... I ordered and within 4 days had the items... Excellent service and I am very pleased with the quality of my purchases... It is costume jewelry so I wasn't sure what I was getting... I have decided to keep some items and order again for "gifts " (I deserve one too)...

I love their jewellery but had a problem with a ring that broke. Although it took several e mails to explain that it was a fault and therefore did not come under their 30 day return policy (or 60 can't remember). Anyway, they did understand and replaced the items for me. It's cheap for a reason I guess but I like their designs.

SCAM!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered four items on December 5th. It took them 18 days to ship anything. When I finally received the package only one of the four items was shipped. I've contacted the company several times including once through the Better Business Bureau and they have still not delivered the remaining items that I paid for. Stay away from this company. The low prices are obviously a draw to get you to spend money and they balance the books by robbing others assuming not many will follow through the constant nagging it takes to get them to deliver.

Great customer service

I ordered an item recently and then had to move. The item was delivered to my old address but the post office didn't forward it to my new address. I contacted the customer service department for FlorenceScovel Jewelry and informed them of my problem. Within a couple of hours they not only responded to my email but they sent me my order to my current address and I was also given a coupon for my next order. I will definitely be a return customer with this company and will recommend them to all my friends. Way to go Florence Scovel Jewelry.

I ordered several pieces for gifts, received items right away, was completely satisfied but had to return for refund (changed gift idea to something else for teenager!) The return process was quick and easy and NO hassle whatsoever! I was so relieved to deal w/ such a nice company. BTW... I had emailed them a couple times and someone answered every email I sent. I will continue to shop and refer friends to their site!
