I received my wrap bracelets in less than a week and they were exactly as pictured and I love them. So bummed to see so many bad reviews! The only reason I don't give them a perfect rating is because the leather had a slightly strange smell to it, but that disappeared after a couple of wearings
Takes weeks of fighting to get a refund for a broken item. Item on back order? Don't bother to cancel, they ignore you and send it weeks later anyway.
Don't want emails? Good luck - unsubscribed multiple times - sent multiple emails and post on face book. All you get it blocked for their face book page. They still send emails.

I saw an online ad for a clearance sale, and clicked on it to purchase from Florence Scovel. My card was charged and the shipping label created, but that's where everything stops. I've sent several emails to inquire about the status of my order, but none have ever been returned. There is no phone number for the site, so there isn't any other way to get ahold of them. I'm filing complaints with BBB and my credit card company to try to get my money back, but save yourself the headache and don't make a purchase with this company - ever!
Their site says 24 hour shiiping and I also paid expedited shipping. The horrible tracking number shows it took the 4 days to take it to the post office. There is no phone number to contact them. I have emailed them multiple times with no response! Dont buy
I oreded a ring on March 27th and paid the 9.95 for quicker shipping. Ive not received nothing and I try to track the package and there's no information at all. I'm extremely disappointed in this company! They don't mind taking your money, but don't expect anything from them but a hard time. I've tried calling and nothing!
It took them 3 days to get back to me regarding my order. They offered me a coupon for for my troubles. They charged me $9.95 for expedited shipping and as of April 5,2016 it still has not shipped. The pre-shipment was created on March 29,2016. The email that was originally dated March 28,2016 stated that it would be picked up in a few hours. We are over a week now and it still has not been picked up. Was told on Monday, April 4th that it would be 3-5 business days for order delivery. I will never do business with this company again.

They charge your credit card and they do not deliver the products. There is no one that you can get ahold of to correct the situation.
I saw some cute items in a pop-up ad, for my granddaughter. They were on clearance. It's been horrible. I won't describe everything; only that their response letters contain no information, only meaningless promises. "It will ship at the end of this week." I ordered 3 items and evidently 1 is on backorder, although they won't tell which one. Instead of letting me know right away that something was backordered, they waited until I followed started checking it out to tell me what was going on.
Tons of spam mail offering me coupons, discounts and first order has not arrived... shows scheduled for pick up since the 21st... this is one week later...! Simple necklace, not expensive, but certainly of little or no value if it does not come in a timely manner. So far, many thumbs down, and I assure you I will post anywhere I can..
First order was ok, took a while longer than it should to arrive, but nothing to worry about. Second order, wad supposed to ship weeks ago. I wad provided a tracking number which isn't helpful UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS ACTUALLY SHIPPED. I will never do business with Florence Scovel Jewelry ever again.
I ordered two Harry Potter wand key chains. They were supposed to ship within 24 hours and 6 weeks later, they still hadn't shipped.
I attempted to check the status of my order and emailed them through the website. They sent a form email saying it was back ordered but I couldn't reply to the email to tell them to cancel my order. In fact, there was no way to directly contact the company at all.
I went to their Facebook page to post a message to them and they told me to send them a private message and then blocked me. That prevented me from sending them any messages but made it look like they'd fixed my problem.
The only way I could get them to respond at all was to file a complaint with the BBB. I told them to just cancel my order and they refused saying that they had already printed out my shipping label (they still hadn't shipped the items, mind you) and therefore I would have to refuse delivery, send it back to them and they would refund me the purchase price but not the shipping. For the item that hadn't even been shipped yet.
They misprinted the shipping label so the package never came to me and because the package I told them not to ship before they shipped it never made it to me because they filled out the shipping label wrong, they now refuse to offer any refund.
This is not a unique story. This company appears to only deliver about half of their orders. 5 months later, I've finally given up.

I ordered a ring back in January and was very impressed to receive tracking information within several days... this is where things took a dramatic turn for the worst. The tracking info they sent did not update so I checked in with customer service who stated "the shipping department is understaffed" and they hoped to have it sent shortly. A few more days pass and I send another email receiving the almost the exact same message. I'm sorry but I forgot to mention they sent a discount code for any additional items I might want to purchase... Seriously?! I begin the dispute process through the online payment website, providing all the information I had received up to this point. Of course this process takes time because they attempt to contact Florence Scovel for "their side" of the story. The only response they received was the tracking info coinciding with the day it arrived in my mailbox - over 6 weeks from date of order. I would have been satisfied at this point had the ring been the ordered size however it was AT LEAST 2 sizes smaller. The final straw was the reply from Florence Scovel stating that if I wanted a refund, I needed to send the ring back (from the US to a Canadian address) at my expense which would have been about half the price of the item. I'll just give the ring to someone with really small fingers...
Did arrive but needed 2 emails then received many emails back with took 10 days which is not bad but not 24 hrs as described. Mother and granddaughter moon necklaces sort of thing you would buy on holiday in cheap gift shop, even said on plastic packaging made it n China! But after all negative comments relieved they at least came. Would not us company again.
I ordered a necklace, the Harry Potter style time turner. The engraving was misspelt in two places and the product was cheap and nasty - nothing like the picture.
Obviously I immediately contacted customer services - they replied with an email saying they were pleased I was satisfied with my order! I sent another three emails to which i received no reply.
I felt I had no choice but to contact them via facebook as there is no UK contact details I can find. I messaged them privately - hoping this was all a big misunderstanding. I still had no reply - this being a week and a half later.
I then left a scathing post on facebook - funnily enough they replied and deleted the comment!
They offered me a replacement like for like or another piece of jewellery. After all this I declined this offer asking for a refund, just for the item not even for delivery even though I feel as though I should be entitled to all my money back after this!
They again did not reply - I have just this minute had a reply stating they have shipped me a replacement, from which I recieved an email stating the same £10 pound charge again!
Furious does not describe how I feel. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service. This behaviour and faulty goods violates the sale of goods act. The product does not match the description and is not fit for purpose. The company is atrocious. I would not recommend to anyone!

My very first purchase from Florence Scovel was the Eternity Band Ring. Let me tell you, this is the best investment I have ever made. It looks and feels stunning. Since receiving my ring (4 days ago) I have worn and not taken it off. I do ALL my household chores wearing this piece of jewelry and it STILL BLINGS! Doesn't snag my clothing, hair and the stones are placed very well. I am in love with Florence. The ordering process on-line was simple and easy to do. Shipping time was well within reason. Customer service response time to an inquiry I made was prompt, professional and friendly. Thanks for being here for people like me. Quality product AND service. Let's not forget, very exquisite jewelry!
Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.

The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive.
