Love you more bracelet

I've order a love you more bracelet in gold and they sent me silver.Ive gave it my friend so ordered another made sure it said gold. Its just come and its silver again. They don't look at there orders properly. I'm very disappointed with this company. Never order again from them no stars for you guys

This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with an online purchase. As soon as I opened the website, I was provided the offer of subscribing to their newsletter and receiving a discount for my first order! I loved the jewelry they advertised on Facebook, so I definitely subscribed right then and there. The ordering system was really easy, which was great for me because I; m not very tech savvy!

I realized I didn't exactly know how to add the discount to my order, so I emailed their customer service team and asked. Their response time was amazing! I got a reply the same day, telling me exactly how I could add the discount! Unfortunately for me, not being tech savvy... I made a mistake and the discount didn't go through. I replied to the response I got, and the customer service representative helped me out by applying the discount to my order manually. I was so thankful!

As soon as I placed my order, I received a confirmation as well, which I was very happy about. And once my order shipped, they sent me a tracking number too! I got my jewelry the SAME WEEK I ORDERED IT! It took only 5 days! I was so impressed! And the jewelry was absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny! I absolutely LOVE Florence Scovel and their customer service team! Will definitely buy all my jewelry their from now on!

Absolutely LOVE Florence Scovel Jewelry! They have such heart-felt pieces that make such great gifts for almost every special occasion. I got a lovely hand stamped bangle for my daughter and she wears it every day. At first I was worried ordering from them online, since I'm normally not one to do online shopping, but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. They were very prompt with their notifications and shipment tracking. Phenomenal customer service!

I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy meaningful jewelry from a company that has a heart to shop with Florence Scovel. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

Ordered 2 necklaces and a t-shirt from The Meow Shop, a division of Florence Scovel jewelry.
The products they shipped me were vastly different from what was described and advertised.
I contacted the company that sent a robotic reply saying they would review and think about it.
They advertise a 100% money back guarantee. This si not the case.
They have not contacted me again.
I have looked into their reputation, and the BBB has hundreds of complaints, and there is a facebook page ( stay away from florence scovel jewelry) dedicated to people ripped off from this company.
I also contacted facebook advertising service, as they are taking the money and posting the advertising, but the company (meow shop, florence scovel) is not honoring the policies that are in place for them to be allowed to advertise.
BUYERS BEWARE, nothing is going to look or be like they show and describe. I urge you consumers to shop elsewhere.

It really is a shame about this company. I was very excited to order from their site and donate towards a good cause. The problem is that "Nancy" in Customer Service provided false information on my order. After a month of not receiving my order, I reached out and requested a refund. Nancy then informed me that they couldn't process a refund because my order had been "processed" which is hilarious to me considering that I waited two more weeks after that and still no tracking number or updates on my order. I had received a handful of emails claiming that my item would ship in 3-5 business days. I also received emails stating that I would have a tracking number within 24-48hrs. After not receiving the product nor the tracking number and receiving a handful of rubbish emails, I requested a refund again and once again she supplied me with the same pre-written response declining my request. I got so frustrated that I went straight to my CC company and disputed the charge. I truly am shocked that any of their customers actually received their products. I wish I would've done a little more research on the company prior to my purchase. Wont happen again!

I ordered things on 2. 7. 16 and am still awaiting delivery.
I can cope with a delayed delivery but am now experiencing the ignorance of having my requests for updates ignored... I will never do business with you again.

This company is a scam if there ever was one. I got a bracelet a few months ago, and can't return it or get a refund. The size was big enough to fit a large woman's ankle, and the quality very cheap. Save your money, do not buy from these people.

They are based out of Mississauga On. I live two hours away in London ON. So why am I being charged in US dollars?

Other places on here paid 9.95 for faster shipping, mine option was over double. For a necklace and bracelet. WHAT THE HECK?

It took over a month to receive my bracelet. The ad said Retail value $114. The cost was $12. Of course, I knew the retail wouldn't be anywhere near the $114, but I was still surprised at how cheap and lightweight the bracelet is. It is definitely NOT sterling silver. It is VERY thin and not very well-made. It is definitely not even worth the $12 I paid for it.

I ordered May 24th, they promote the 2 day shipping, yet my item sat there until June 2nd. I still havent recieved it. They are very unprofessional. I emailed them with my order number and still had to send a screenshot it and send to them because they couldnt find me. I am very upset with them. If it werent for my wife wanting the keychains i would send them back and get my full refund. I do not recommend them, if you are planning on having it shipled in the 2 days that they say. I will not purchase from them ever again.

Sadly, Disappointed... and, I haven't even completed my order yet. Had a problem at checkout and sent a message to customer support. It took about 36 hours for a reply, but FS never answered my two questions. Got an explanation as to how to "place" an order, not the problem with the order. FS did direct me to return to checkout and gave me a code for 15% off. Code was not recognized as valid and my card was once again rejected. Sent another message. No help from support, after 4 days. Guess I'll have to go somewhere else for that "unique" gift for my daughter's 16th birthday.

I ordered a gold bangle bracelet for a friend of mine on Monday, May 23rd with basic shipping. It has been 3 days since my purchase and nothing has been done besides my UPS label being created. This was done on Tuesday, May 24th. While I don't expect anything overnight, I feel like my package should have been shipped by now. It has been 3 days and no shipment. When I send an email, I get the same message over and over with a 20% coupon code. I will NEVER ever buy from here again and if my product isn't sent soon I will take matters into my own hands and go to the Attorney General for this company's fraud. Had I read the reviews first, I would have ordered this bracelet elsewhere or something similar at least.

Ordered a bracelet for my daughter at college over a month ago. Two days after my order, I received an email indicating that it was shipped! After she didn't received it in over a weeks time... checked tracking number provided and they only printed it---NEVER SHIPPED! Emailed over 5 times before I received a replay that it was on backorder and when I told them I needed to change the delivery address ( as by that time, she left school for the summer) they told me they couldn't. No bracelet, no customer service number will be provided or found on the internet but they sure did deduct the money from my account!

I was very concerned, but had ordered before reading the reviews. I had not received a ship date or tracking after several days. I emailed several time and received no reply. I finally emailed that I would have to contact the Attorney General in New York (headquarters as far as I could tell) and in Florida. Within a few hours I heard from them and a ship date and tracking number. It took about five days to receive the bracelet, next time I'll go to Pintrest which had the same bracelet. Sad that I had to threaten, they need to get their act together.
