I really do adore my FloScove!!! (My nickname for them, LOL.) Anyway, I've placed several orders with them and have loved everything I've purchased & received. When one, of the some 15 items I received finally had a stone fall out. I contacted them and received a speedy response (within 24 hrs) requesting a photo as proof. I sent that back and received another fast reply apologizing for the failure of the piece and sent out another immediately. That replacement is beautiful and my husband Loves it!
