I bought two bracelets and one necklace for my granddaughters for Christmas. They loved their gifts however we had a problem with some of the jewelry. I contacted the company, sent them a picture of the problem and they sent me a note stating they would replace them and are sending them to me free of charge including shipping. Thank You for your prompt response to my problems!

Love the products

I have ordered three different times from Florence Scovel Jewelry and have been wonderfully pleased with all items that I purchased. One order had an incorrect item (which is the only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5), but I contacted them and they responded immediately. All I had to do was send them a picture of the item they sent in error, and I also included a copy of my order to be sure they knew which item was incorrect. They are sending a replacement, with no additional shipping fees. I haven't rec'd it yet, but I am confident that I will because every other order has been fine. I'm not sure why other people have had so many problems, but all I can say is my experience with them has been wonderful. And I think the products are beautiful. I have only good things to say. UPDATE: I received the originally ordered item that had not been sent as mentioned earlier in this review and it was beautiful, so I changed my rating from four stars to five stars. I am extremely pleased with all my orders AND all my products from Florence Scovel Jewelry!

Orderd 2 hand stamped bracelets, 1 for me & 1 for my daughter. Got comfirmation straight away & e-mail with all details. Expected delivery within a couple of weeks, came with in a few days. Excellent service from start to finish, and so pleased with the bracelets. Looked at other sites and much more expensive. Will definitely be buying other items.

I came across Florance Scovel Jewelry on Facebook, and although I liked the necklace they were advertising, I was hesitant to buy from this medium. Deciding to go ahead with the purchase, I immediately received confirmation on my order. This was late on a Weds. Night. The following morning I received a email that my order had shipped. Talk about speed and communication. Having had just the opposite experience on a previous Facebook purchase I decided to hit reply to the ship notice email to thank them for the prompt service. I assumed this was an automated notice and didn't expect a reply but with in hours I received a personal thank you for my remarks. I plan to shop here whenever I have a need for jewelry in the future

Scam company

Avoid this company. They offer cheap items at "great" savings but they are cheap rubbish. They ignore the UK consumer laws. They ignore emails. They make money by people giving up and not bothering to get their money back.

Just like the rest

Ordered in November for Christmas, supposedly shipped TWO WEEKS later, finally arrived the DAY AFTER Christmas, and it was the wrong item! It's now 2016, have sent pictures, emails, contacted them at least half a dozen times, posted on their FB page, got ONE response from them asking for a picture as proof, otherwise all emails returned to sender. Sent pic twice, still no order, and no communication. It looks like every now and then someone has a good experience, but your odds are not good. Not worth the aggravation. If there were zero stars, it would be too good.

Took forever to get order, and an item was missing.
I emailed them informing them... no response.
Kept getting emails trying to get me to buy more... I responded to one of those (same email address) stating my problem. Still no response.
I replied emailed them again, this time I got a returned email from server because I am now blocked.
Will be calling my bank to report fraud!

Do NOT order from this company. They popped up on my FB page with what I thought was a nice bracelet. I ordered on Dec 11. My card was charged that day. On December 12, I received an email that said my item had shipped. On December 14 I received another email that said my item was about to ship. Whaaaatttt? December 21st I sent an email to Florence Scovel stating I had not received item, it was to be a Christmas gift and I wanted to cancel the order. I received an email back, apologizing for the delay, stating the item would be shipped in 2-3 business days. On December 28 I sent an email to Florence Scovel AGAIN stating I had not received item, it was to be a Christmas gift and I wanted to cancel the order. I received an email on the 29th stating the item would be shipped in 2-3 business days with the EXACT same wording as the email I received on the 21st. They never acknowledged the fact that I wanted the order cancelled! I responded back on the 29th saying again I cancelled the order, it's too late and to credit my card. Today I received an email stating the item is in transit! Yeah right! This is the only time I did not check reviews for a company before I placed an order. Never again! BIG MISTAKE! BUYER BEWARE!

Rip Off Buyers beware

I placed an order 16 Nov for two items. To date never received. Several emails and posts on Facebook. Facebook item deleted and one email replied to saying shipped however their own Web site says even though paid in full order is unfulfilled. Having paid with Barclay Card will be claiming against the Company using the full power of Visa. Don't buy from this Company it is a shame you cannot negative score them...

Purchased two bracelets in Seotember 2014. Returned within 7 days. Despite numerous emails still awaiting a refund! Rubbish Customer Service. I have sent evidence of proof of posting & signature of receipt but they said that it wasn't good enough. I 'give up' but I will never order from them again!

It pays to complain

I recently wrote about two items I purchased from FlorenceScovel Jewelry the watch broke and unable to get any replies to my e-mails l would like to say on Wednesday at 22.00pm I give it one more go 22.12pm received a reply apologize for the watch and asked to send a photo of the watch. 22,30pm received another e-mail saying a new one would be in post free of charge again apologize it said watch arrive in 3-5 days the watch arrived this morning

But I ordered two beautiful necklaces one for my mom one for my grandmother got it early was emailed every time it moved from each cities during the shipping which was free shipping and I already had them wrapped up when I got my email saying your order has been delivered one of the quickest deliveries I've ever gotten! The necklaces are more beautiful than the pictures it was a pop up on Facebook and my mother and grandmother love the necklaces

This company is a rip off, I ordered a pocket watch for my husband they sent me a piece of wire with some charm on it. SERIOUSLY! I tried contacting these people and NO SUCCESS! They blocked me from there facebook page because I complaint... This company is a scam STAY AWAY! I am out of a gift and no refund! They will not stay in business.

I WANT MY NECKLACE

Ordered a necklace for my granddaughter 12/5/15 Paid it through my PayPal acct. Received an email that it was shipped 12/12/15. As of 12/22 no necklace. Sent email and was told that it was delayed. Received email 12/24/15 that it was shipped and I would receive it in 2-3 days. Also received a 20% coupon for my next order to make up for the delay. What a joke, like I will ever order from them again. As of 12/27/15 no necklace. I am furious. This was to be a special gift for my granddaughter. I can find no phone number for this company. If I don't receive this necklace by 12/30/15 I will demand a refund through PayPal! DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Appalling service.

The last review could have been me. Items incorrectly ordered by me but returned immediately with tracking order number. Just the beginning of my troubles. Seven emails and almost two months later still have not received two items requested but only one. In addition they "kindly" resent me the two items that I incorrectly ordered in the first place. The net result is that only one of two daughters received her bracelet. For the future do not go near this company with a fifty foot barge pole!
