I have never experienced such poor customer service. I ordered two mother and daughter bracelets for Christmas but instead received one bracelet in a different design. After several emails I eventually got a response telling me to send a photo of the wrong item, which I duly sent. I have since heard nothing more. The bracelets have never arrived. I can't decide whether to just give up or to pursue the company for failure to comply with distance selling regulations on a matter of principle. My advice is not to buy from this company in the first place!
I ordered a bracelet and a necklace about Grandmother and Granddaughter love for my two grandchildren who are sisters. The bracelet arrived and the necklace came with Grandpa wording. How do I explain to a 7 yr old that I could NOT EVEN contact the place I purchased this from to return it and get her the right item. Disgusted with this company and trying to remember how I came across them so I can complain to that site too! DON'T BUY ANYTHING YOU REALLY WANT.
I ordered and paid for six items from this company. I received one item - the cheapest. I have contacted them on three occasions and have not received a reply. In my opinion this is fraud. I reported them to paypal and they provided paypal with a tracking number. Of course there was a tracking number since they sent one item. Fortunately paypal are not letting this one go and are investigating further. Many, many people either get the wrong goods, faulty goods or like me some goods but not all. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS LOT

I placed an order in December for necklaces for my 3 daughters. I received granddaughter necklaces instead. I tried contacting the company with little success/satisfaction, so I finally returned the necklaces to the correct address and requested a full refund. In addition to getting the original order wrong, they have now lost the return and will not refund my money, send the correct order, or respond to any further emails. While I admit I was not very wise to return the order without a return receipt, they should at least send the correct necklaces (even though I don't even want them anymore).
I'm sure glad I didn't read these reviews before I ordered because I love the bracelet I got which I may not have ordered had I seen this negativity, but honestly, my order shipped quickly, and the bracelet was in a cute, little black bag. I love it!
I placed two separate orders within the same week of December 4th 2015. As of today (12-23-2015) I have only received ONE of those orders and it was WRONG! I ordered a pendant and they shipped me earrings. And not only is it wrong, but the earrings are BROKEN! I am still waiting for my other order. They don't have a phone number to call, only an email to write to, and they don't respond to emails. Now I have to pay more money to ship back the wrong order. I'm guessing they won't pay for my shipping costs either. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

USPS has never received the shipment when I go to track it and I cannot get any response from customer service. BEWARE... DONT SHOP HERE... On December 4,2015 I ordered three items I intended to use as Xmas Gifts. The tracking number shows a receipt was "created" in Buffalo on 12/14/15 and has gone NO FURTHER. I am in the process of contacting my Credit Card company to dispute the charges. SO UNFAIR to think you have your shopping for someone finished and then have this complete hassle. Of course there is no human being in customer service to talk to either!
I ordered two bracelets as Christmas gifts-- the bangle was fine but the one that required a lobster clasp for fastening has no clasp at all. Mistakes happen, but I have written to them twice (using the customer service email address from their site), AND they have not responded to either e-mail. So I will clearly not get a replacement in time for Christmas. What a scam!

Ordered an item in one color, received a different color. Contacted them and was told to submit my order number and photos, which I did. I was told by one email that the correct order would be sent, which it was not. Contacted them again, and they said the one I received was the right one. NOT! There's a reason the price was cheap. If you order, it's at your own peril. You have been advised. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.
Just like all the other reviews on this page, I got one email saying my item had been submitted for shipping and then NOTHING! I have left multiple emails requesting an update with no reply. Yet they keep advertising and sending me emails every day to buy more things from them.

However, tracking still says only that the shipping label has been printed. Email response from them only covered my question as to why only 2 of the 3 items ordered and paid for were listed - it's on back order. Nothing as to why its taking so long. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive.
