I order 8 christmas items from Florencescovel on November 7th 2015 And today is December 16th 2015 Still have not recieved my items But I keep getting coupon for my next purchase Are you kidding me.
I ordered my item on 4th Dec and paid for 'expedited delivery'. The advert I responded to stated that the item would ship within 24 hours.
Today, 12 days later, I finally received my bracelet which doesn't look like it's worth the £39.99 it was originally advertised at although time may prove me wrong on this point.
I paid £10 for the actual bracelet and on first impression that seems a more reasonable price.
I asked for a refund of the 'expedited delivery' charge but was offered a 20% discount off my next purchase instead. It is however very unlikely that I will make another purchase from Florence Scovel.
I placed an order on Nov. 20th. Did not receive item. Was told it was delayed but that I would get it in 4 to 5 business days. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ITEM! Now they are not answering my emails. Am very disatisfied with this company. Will not ever use them again and will tell everyone about their poor service!
Unfulfilled order, ignored emails. Seems you can only contact them via facebook and even then it is pot luck!. Steer well clear is my advice as personally i do not believe the positive posts. There appear to be far more negatives so save yourself a huge amount of stress and do not order from this company.

After a consistent bombardment by email & FB messaging, my order has finally shipped and is at the Hermes depot! So relieved but won't celebrate until it's actually delivered.
The route I took was don't give up just keep pestering them. I also found a 'phone number which went to a sort of answering service and I then wrote to the contact details that service offered. It might have been coincidence but worth a go. Happy Christmas fellow (angry) consumers.
I managed to track down an email address and I was basically told, "We are busy. It will ship in 4-5 days." Well, that was 14 days ago. It has been 30 days total.
Although it wasn't an expensive order, money was collected for it and it has been plenty long enough to deliver the order after it was confirmed a month ago.
I bought a grandmother necklace with two halves. There was a space to put the name I wanted monogrammed on the two pieces. They sent me the crap with Nana on it. I'm not Nana. They never asked what I wanted. There were several names in ads. I've sent to emails and I've gotten response that says they are looking into it. It says write above this line but it will not allow you to. I'm filing a paypal complaint. I should have read about them. They have negative BB rating.

Order ******* still hasn't arrived from Florence Scovel jewellery, it was express delivery and meant to be here in 2 working days. Looking at the other reviews I don't think it will ever arrive. I will report to Trading Standards and if others do the same, we could close down their online scam.

Ordered an item that were faulty charged me 3.95 to send asked to return costme almost same again neither of my postage were refunded but it were not an issue on mybehalf therefore i feel i should have been refunded postage as item should have been checked before sending to me also they offered to give a 20 percent discount if i kept? I placed two orders on the same day only a couple hours apart. For 2 weeks my tracking number said the "label was prepared for shipping". I contacted the company and they did respond telling me they were overwhelmed with orders and were working hard to fill positions to improve service and my item would be delivered in 3-4 days. 7 days later I received 1 of the orders but another 7 days later I am still waiting for the second order. An email I sent them has not been returned.

The sale price was fair for the items, but not the price I paid. When I read the terms of returns, apparently, the customer is supposed to send the merchandise back at the customer's expense and THEN the company will decide whether it will refund the purchase price, less shipping costs. If not, you have to pay to have the items re-shipped. This place is a total ripoff. I would not give it any stars. If that were an option.
Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.

The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.
