This company is deceitful and does not honour contracts, rips you off and then fails to respond to the issue when raised in a professional manner. Buyer beware! These people are thieves!
I ordered an item on Oct 6th and saw it was shipped immediately but when I contacted the post office to see why it had still not left Ontario I was told that there was a problem and the shipper needs to contact them so I sent message to the company 3 times with absolutely no response from them, can not find a contact TN or any way to call by telephone so cannot get an answer to what has happened and the item is still sitting at post office. Would not recommend ordering from this company as now I am out the money I paid with no way to get them to take action.
BEWARE... DONT SHOP HERE... On December 4,2015 I ordered three items I intended to use as Xmas Gifts. The tracking number shows a receipt was "created" in Buffalo on 12/14/15 and has gone NO FURTHER. I am in the process of contacting my Credit Card company to dispute the charges. SO UNFAIR to think you have your shopping for someone finished and then have this complete hassle. Of course there is no human being in customer service to talk to either!
Just like all the other reviews on this page, I got one email saying my item had been submitted for shipping and then NOTHING! I have left multiple emails requesting an update with no reply. Yet they keep advertising and sending me emails every day to buy more things from them.
I HAVE NOW FILED A PAYPAL DISPUTE TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Ordered 2 magnetic charger cables on 2/20/17. Emailed company 3 times starting mid March for a status update, no reponse. Emailed again April 2nd. Opened claim with PayPal - still no response.
Recieved an email item was delivered - which is was - ON APRIL 15TH. 1 day before the claim was to be closed and payment reversed...
It took over 8 weeks to ship 2 charger cables, multiple email requests, and a PayPal claim to gwt the items.
Nope. I'm closing my PayPal account and going to stick with Amazon Prime from now on. Never any problems with sellers, nor do I have to request updates...
Please don't let this company get away with these unethical business practices! Please file a consumer complaint with the New York Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. The only way things will change is if people complain. If you only do one complaint make it with the New York Attorney General's office!

I ordered jewelry from this company in November intended for xmas present to be sent to family, I have contacted them on numerous occasions and they have failed every time to get back to me. Purchased merchandise on May 22,2015. Shipping label was created on June 2, and package still hasn't arrived. I signed up for text message updates on when the package makes a move while in transit and have received nothing. I thought I purchased in time for Father's Day; obviously not, as it's been almost a month and my items are nowhere to be found. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wrote to them multiple times to give me updates and an explanation as to why my order hasn't shipped out. I keep getting this automated reply from either Olivia or Karman, "Thank you for your email. Hope you are having a good day so far. Your order is in transit..." This morning, I wrote once more requesting a refund. I'm done. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
No way to get customer service. Just put on hold. Does not respond to email or facebook. Email address is useless. Elaborate product pages for nothing.
I ordered the "daughter" bracelet on the 6th January, paid by PayPal, got an immediate acknowledgement, I received two texts on the 12th January confirming "out for delivery" and "it is in transit", and item received during the afternoon of the 12th January via Hermes.
It may be a matter of taste and my personal judgment of quality, but I am more than happy with the product.
Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.
Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive.
