FloraQueen is a fraud, I live in the US and paid $103.90 online for flowers to be delivered to my sister in France who had surgery and nothing was delivered. It's been a week. When I tried to reach them, I could not. Their phone won't even let me leave a message, no one is at the other end of the line. Their WhatsApp chat is crap and keeps turning me in circles, and their online message does not work.
Basically I am stuck, with a loss of $103.90, with nowhere to turn to get help from customer service. I couldn't even request a refund, that too doesn't work.
Do not use FloraQueen, it's a fraud.
BEWARE! Scam company. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Indonesia. There is no way to get in touch with them after you place an order. Their site would not recognize my email, although they were sending me emails. Their listed phone number was not in service.
They sent me an email that the order was being shipped. Within a day, the intended recipient contacted me and said a compay had contacted her and said that a flower delivery was ready for her but she had to pay because I had not. Floraqueen had already gotten my $106.54
I am going through my bank and PayPal to try and get my money back from these scammers.
Lesson learned- Always research a company you have never used before. I should have known better.
What a lame excuse for a business. I ordered a straight forward 12 pink roses (10 days in advance of delivery). The recipient got red roses, not even close to a dark shade of pink. There was a personal reason I ordered PINK! I contacted customer service and got a completely lame (we're sorry abou that) letter filled with excuses that they did nothing out of the ordinary. Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered internationally. They were never delivered but my account was charged. I have been unable to contact customer service to resolve the issue and get a refund. Their website does not offer a phone number to contact nor have they provided me one when requested via email. The online form that is required to be filled can not be submitted because it claims that my order number doesn't exists.
I spent 164 Australian dollars or 104 euros to send a bunch of flowers to Australia and paid extra for it to arrive the day after. They arrived after 5 days, after I had to chase them down and they delivered a lousy bunch of flowers worth about 15 euros at the most.
It was a bad experience that also made me look bad.
They promised me 50% of my money back and 8 days have gone by but no refund has arrived.
Went for the Deluxe bouquet to send abroad from UK to Luxembourg which they describe as the best, but a small bouquet arrived. I counted 13 roses in the advertised picture but only had 7 in the bunch. Very disappointed and surprised that no one has been in touch after my complaint. FYI order no *******

The flowers sent for a birthday gift was an embarrassment. It was bouquet of 40 flowers and 4 flowers were sent with a gaudy arrangement. 50 Euros wasted and a single response has not been received from customer service. They do not have a phone number either. NEVER EVER order from this sight! I have added to photos. What I ordered and what was sent!
I paid online for flowers to be delivered that never were. The only way to contact them is online and asks for a password I never set up and it won't let me start one. Using this company is throwing your money away.

I requested a cancellation of my order 24 hours after placing it, when I noticed the delivery would be in 11 days time, rather than 4 days as I had believed.

I purchased a 90€ order and had to cancel due to personal reasons on January 25,2023. The admin fees of 9.9€ were deducted but the rest of the amount is not refunded, until today Feb 6,2023. The costumer service showed me a screenshot saying that they've reimbursed me, but my bank has not received any refund. The time allocated to be refunded is up to 10 days. Extremely disappointed

I wish i had seen these reviews earlier. I ordered a $100 bouquet of flowers for my grandmother for Christmas. She is spending it alone as our grandfather had passed away a few months ago. She is living by herself and awfully sad. I knew this bouquet with a card would bring her happiness as she knew we were thinking of her on Christmas day. But the bouquet never arrived. Not sure when it will arrive, if it even will. I am so upset. This was the most important christmas present. Not only the money goes straight down the drain but my gift to my grandmother that would've appreciated it so much is not fulfilled.
