I am absolutely heartbroken by FloraQueen service. I Ordered birthday flowers from Canada to Brussels. Flowers were not delivered, yet charged to my credit card. They conveniently claim by email that address was incorrect. I double-checked and it was correct. I sent then 2 emails. No response. Which respectable company does that?
